Hello Ruby! ❤ Love that she makes the credits! Guildford, well it certainly has its British counterpart well and truly beat. A lovely range of buildings and styles spanning decades. Wow that tree is magnificent, I hope it stands for another 500 years. Such great history and characters occupy this place. Mmm roast pork, looks delicious ❤

Guildford in England is very different to this quiet laid back town that you show us. That Red Gum tree was magnificent. Great to see that it is being well looked after. That roast did look good.

Unfortunately this Gum Tree was struck by lightening very recently. It lost one of its massive boughs. There would have been a huge crack when it went down. The roast was delicious. 👍🏼🤠🙏🏼♥️

Looks like the general store had a shop perhaps cafe called Peters. That is amazing how old the gum trees is. Wonderfully preserved. Aussie roast looking good at the hotel. Thanks for the tour of Guildford. Happy new year👍

Guildford is a lovely town from the looks of it. That river red gum tree is fantastic! Lots of cool historic buildings to see along the way as well. Hope 2024 is off to a great start for you both!

It was beautiful seeing the warmer weather and the historic buildings, hearing about the history. The tree was fabulous too. So beautiful. Interesting to hear about the football legend too. Ruby is so adorable. Happy New Year. The hotel looked like a great place to eat.

I’m sad when they take the old buildings down near us, then we lose the history. Finishing out the year with Ruby! Yay! Lovely little town, that river red gum is magnificent. Ronald Dale is from Guilford? Didn't know that. Then only thing he ever did of note was coaching the Sydney Swans for a time. 😂 Go Bloods! Nice way to end the year. I hope 2023 was everything you hoped it would be. That little stroll through Spain must've been a deadset highlight.

It certainly has been a busy year Shane. We got married, we did the Overland Track in Tasmania, we did the Camino in Spain and we have also bought a Country House in Castlemaine. 2024 will be a busy year. This little walk was a great find and we enjoyed learning a little bit about a place we didn’t know of. All the very best for 2024. 👍🏽🙏🏽🤠🤗
