Drift off to sleep with me using this Guided Sleep Meditation | Yoga Nidra for Sleep. This sleep meditation is set to relaxation music and is designed for inducing sleep and deep rest. It will help you fall into a state deep sleep and can also be used for dream recall. Use this yoga nidra if you suffer from insomnia or are tossing and turning and want fall asleep fast with a guided sleep meditation.
This yoga nidra for insomnia is guided by Rosalie e’Silva from Rosalie Yoga (a female voice). It includes a full body scan meditation, breathwork and visualization. This yogic sleep incorporates the transformational sleep system I’ve learned as a student with Ally Boothroyd of Sarovara Yoga.

    Rosalie you have another new fan... My cat Teddy 🐱 He sits with me when I'm relaxing or practicing YN. Today he was watching a video of birds and squirrels, getting very excited as usual. Then I started your new recording and as soon as he heard your voice he settled down immediately and got himself comfortable to listen. When you got to the part where you mentioned bones getting heavy he let out a huge sigh and went to sleep. He hears YN all the time but he's never reacted this way before 😂💤💤💤 BTW I also found it immensely soothing! Thank you 💕

    Woke in the early hours and was not expecting to get back to sleep especially as I had worries on my mind, however, went back to sleep easily and remembered my dreams which is unusual for me. Thank you Rosie. Will definitely be using this again.

    Last a couple of weeks I am sleeping with this video. It is amazing, I sleep quickly and wake up rested. Your voice is soothing, letting me fall to sleep, I feel like you are waiting there until I fall the deep sleep. Amazing. Thank you🙏

    Just woke up with this still playing, seeing faces flashing in-front of me and over me, whilst being right in the middle of the deepest most vivid dream I’ve ever had about my father. Trippy AF.

    I put this meditation on replay last night. It was so soothing and relaxing Exactly what I needed as my poly myalgia rheumatica was quite severe. The outcome was a restful sleep, in effective short bouts. Thank you so very much Rosalia . I also use your Yoga Nidra, short meditations for nonstate, deep rest of the day when necessary All of these together, with other options have helped me to turn around my general health to some degree. There’s still a way to go, but without your dedicated help and knowledge and just listening to your soothing voice, through these meditations I wouldn’t be as far down the path to recovery as I am Thank you Namaste 🙏💕🌈 Ann Dedicated yoga nidra follower

    I love this yoga nidra meditation Rosalie, thank you. I use it when I can't get myself off to sleep or when I wake up in the night and am wide awake. It really stops me from being tired all day, even if I don't always drift off, I feel totally rested and rejuvenated.

    Could you possibly make a podcast of sorts on Spotify. Using yoga nidra, etc. I find Spotify much easier. Phone can turn off so I don't have to use the eye mask and things like this. Plus!! You get a wider range of listeners. Just a request🙏🙏 I love your work so much. It's helped me loads

    Saaaaaad. This one didn’t work for me. And you sounded amazing. The sounds too. I’m going to try it tomorrow. I think it was my chilly house (I was under 3 blankets) or my bizzy mind. It’s okay. I laid still and that was lovely. ❤

    I was having hard time to fall asleep. I started to dim the lights way before the sleeping time. Before I start listening, I turn the lights off, lay down side way which is my comfy sleep position, cover myself with my soft comforter, turn my tablet other side not to see the light. This way it works with me, I hope it works with you too.

    I found this practice so relaxing - thank you so much for it. And then to discover that you’re a pussy-cat person - that makes all the sense in the word. These wonderful creatures have so much to teach us, particularly in how the relax with style, grace and purpose. We are very blessed to share this life with then!
