Thank you Guruji… ❤ i had swelling in my feet from 2 days.. and i did this meditation after which i was shocked to see that there is no swelling…. Although i did this meditation just to clear my head… and also that i had nothing better to do today.. really sometimes i feel i underestimate the power of meditation and that its a blessing i have… i will meditate everyday now!❤
