Guided Meditation on Healing After Loss - Comfort and Memories (15 minutes)

This is a guided mindfulness meditation session features an ambient music soundtrack and calming spoken dialogue. It is crafted to offer solace and healing in the wake of loss. In this meditation session, we delve into the depths of grief, gently navigating the path towards healing, while honoring the memory of those we hold dear.
In this session, we will acknowledge that it is ok to have feelings of deep sadness and grief. Meditating on loss can give us feelings of comfort and hope. It can provide a deep and calming peace and love within us. Join me as we explore this healing process without fear.
This session has a glowing heart, ambient music, and just over 13 minutes of spoken meditation dialogue, followed by another two minutes of ambient music meditation for a bit over 15 minutes in total. Taking even five or ten minutes out of your day to meditate and practice mindfulness can make a big change in your mental health!

My only dog of 16 in a half years died almost a year ago. Since then it’s been a combination of grief and depression. This beautiful creature changed me over the years and that is what I will mostly miss her for. Thank you for this video.

This meditation on grief creates a full circle within the process of grief, the highest form of love. The gifts of gratitude, healing and finally hope, create the light that flows in a continuing circle of love.

I missed times that I should have enjoyed with her and I know I must do better with my new baby but I feel at times that I’m replacing her and I know I am not because this baby is so much different then my last. I will continue to listen to this probably daily as it’s only been since Jan so that I may move through my grief instead of sitting in it.

Let her teach you. Look ! She is with God ! All 3 of you are. Go in solitude, cry all of your pain; maybe you'll need to cry and scream for 20 days straight. That's OK ! That's your right ! Clean yourself, and then come back to your new born and flood her with the Love she deserve. React ! Cast away the darkness ! Call for the light and love, if they don't come, scream aloud for them. They will come ! And You'll be good again, and so much grown. A very sincere hug from me to you all. :)

My 3 almost 4 year old dog had to be put down because his spinal cord erupted and couldn’t use his back legs. The surgery had only a 5% life expectancy, and if he made it he wouldn’t be himself, probably wouldn’t have been able to walk, eat or use the bathroom by himself. I miss him terribly, he was part of my everyday routine, my days started and ended with him. There are soo many things I am going to miss about him, he was so much more than a dog.
