    He’s always saying let you mind do whatever it wants at the end of most of these and I know I did good when my mind doesn’t want wander

    I had racing thoughts this morning, and had difficulty slowing my thoughts down and concentrating on what I needed to do, so that I was "lost in thoughts" and my awareness of this problem was judgemental. It was frustrating, and not what I wanted to be happening. But, at the end of the meditation, when the narrator said let go of the mind and let it go wherever it wants, it became relaxed and wanted to go into the present moment. Doesn't your mind want to relax and feel good in the present moment? Who wants to suffer? Can we learn to relax more? I think we can. When we learn that our thoughts and then our feelings are not who we are, that the culture we are exposed to from a very early age has a significant effect on who we believe we are, we are on the right road to find out who we really are.

    @@DeclutterTheMind I would love some longer ones. Your 45 and 60 minute ones are great but even longer would be awesome. I always recommend these videos to family and patients and the feedback is all positive

    @@DeclutterTheMind something for ptsd would be great, one for crampy people who have difficulties to let go and something for healing inflammation and wounds.
