Use this meditation to help you empower your life and your mind. Find the peace within the stillness and all will be well. Many people do not know how to still their minds. As life unfolds, oftentimes we are pulled into other people's drama and find ourselves ruminating and obsessing over things we cannot control. Allow this meditation to help you train your mind, gain control, and heal rumination, and obsessive thinking.

As I walked away from the hamster wheel & observed, tears just down my face. I'm calmly crying & continuing to be still & breath. I was able to look back & observe & get a bit of relief. Thank you Lisa. I am grateful for you & your channel. ❤

Severe brain injury and CNS damage from psyche meds, benzodiazepines brought me here. It's torture everyday and night. Housebound and unable to distract. This helps, but I feel so alone.

@@joanneingato2685 Oh, I forgot to include it was being cold turkeyed off those drugs that cause the damage. Never stop yours suddenly. It took me 2 years to get well again, and I'm not alone. It does that to alot of people, even when tapering.

Yep--just lay in bed and listen--I suggest whenever you notice you feel anxious--give it a try...in time your subconscious mind will get the hang of letting go of fearful thoughts....

I am not conscious of any thoughts anymore. It's just anxiety and shame and a desire to disappear into oblivion/nothingness. My chest and throat and tummy are contracted, my breathing is very shallow. Does it help if I am trying to be aware of body sensations rather than thoughts?

Can you do another obsessive thinking video? Where the O in OCD is not concerned with thoughts turning into things. That in itself gives me anxiety.

These are just making everything much worse. It's just bringing back crap I forgot making me more angry and depressed. There's hardly a minute that goes by that I don't want to die. Luckily, I'm good at hiding it and most, pretty much everyone, has no clue what I'm thinking....or even gone through. Every fucking day is and was a nightmare and I haven't had a break yet. I'm out.

Jay Hancock I'm trying. I was "ok" until I scratched at the walls. I just feel I should have let things be. Now the raw emotions are back and no one listened to me. I don't feel I'll ever be ok. I try to push the memories out of my mind but I'm not successful anymore.
