Cheers! Visiting The Churchill Arms is a MUST do if you like pubs, Christmas and London. I'd suggest going around 3.30 and staying until sunset so you can see it both in daylight and with all the exterior trees with fairly lights at night. Have you been to London at Christmas yet?
i am going back this year (fingers crossed) - please do recommend some pubs in central, west, southwest, north london (hampstead, islington, chelsea, fulham; chelsea, wimbledon village, ets as your best pub recommendations, but importantly for food and its history, less of the alcohol
I want to travel England once in my lifetime.

For such a small country it offers so much variety! Coastal cliffs, iconic structures in London and the majestic landscapes in the Lake District!
Oh how I miss Christmas in England! Thank you so much for your videos, they bring back so many memories. Hopefully the world will get back to normal (or close enough) so I can come visit again.

I had to cancel twice so far..hoping this new variant doesn’t make it 3 in a row..fingers crossed and the Churchill Arms is on the list!

I understand the frustration. We had plans for Bordeaux that were canceled several times but we finally made it in October. However, we’ve recently had to cancel a trip in February to Seville. When is your trip planned? I think if you’re looking at anything after April, you will be ok. Glad to hear The Churchill Arms is on the list!
