Falls Lake State Recreation Area does recreation with excellence. This video is a short guide to the man access points and activities Falls Lake offers. Falls Lake is close to the Raleigh metropolitan area, an easy day trip to enjoy the lake, the beach, the fishing, the picnicking, and the mountain biking. Tent, RV, and group camping are plentiful for family and group camping activities. There are plenty of activities to keep everyone busy.
There are many picnic shelters for families or groups to gather, most right by the lake.
The main attraction is the lake. While there is nothing jaw dropping about this place, it serves the community well with excellent facilities for everyone to recreate close to the Triangle Area.

Fall Lake sucks man....i give it a 1 out of 10 to the lakes in Colorado when i was a kid.....
