I'm 4 miles from falls lake,as a kid I grew up here I've see quite a few cotton mouths as a kid I killed them so I no they were poisionus,I'm 62yro now I haven't seen any since a kid but they bound to still be around,I leave snakes alone now that I'm older I don't kill anything

I hit the boat ramp and Penny-Hester bridge on the 15th and they were hitting top water hard. The shad were running on mass.

Love the content buddy you seem to keep it real, and that is rare in the fishing world. I understand driving couple hours from home to go fishing I’m in north Al half hour from Wilson and Pickwick lakes but I’ll go over to Guntersville when I can to fish this time of year for sure

Most of my best tournaments have been on Falls. It can be a good one.

Yeah I guess I got lucky on this day but other guys caught them in the tournament also

I fished a HS tournament out of ledge rock same weekend yall were there. We ended up winning and had big fish with a 6.13. We just found one spot and caught 30 fish off it. Saw yall setting up in the bojangles parking lot but had to get home

Looks like you need to fish some tournaments out of there. It's always good to catch decent fish and keeps the want to going.

Yeah they are sharp and good hooks for small fish but they can't handle fish over 4lbs

Lived 10 minutes from Upper Bartons ramp in WF for 16 years, but live in CLT near LKN now for nearly five years. I go back to RDU to fish Falls with my former club two or three times a year. Spots have ruined LKN, and it doesn't hold a match to Falls for quality.

Yeah Norman is loaded but no big largemouth. I was surprised how many bass are in falls. I knew they had big ones but not numbers
