Baekhyun is an interesting person, he's usually so loud, he's teasing and imitating others, making jokes, being a mood-maker, but then when the show's over, we don't really learn much about him. Chanyeol, Kai, Sehun, even Kyungsoo reveal more about themselves than Baekhyun (my opinion). So some people judge Baekhyun as forever happy and careless type of person. He's not, he is just a private person and he's very mature and responsible and members rely on him, especially during variety shows. I think, he has an ability to feel the atmosphere and make jokes or tease others to make them at ease. Waiting for your reactions to other members' guides!!!

Thanks, guys! All EXO members are really talented. Their company, SM, is known to have really, really high standards for their idols. It's hard to get into SM as a trainee, let alone debut; competition is fierce. SM doesn't put their trainees into those audition, competition shows because while those shows are tough, SM is even tougher. EXO members were chosen over 150 other trainees at SM. Lay (LayShawn) described how there were 150 people trying to make it into EXO and every week, SM would eliminate a few. As for individual member profiles, why not go with Suho since he's the Leader for EXO....

I'm not bragging when I say the EXO members really inspire me and motivate me all along! For 10 years since I was 15 years old, I have known and followed them, they always set good examples of hard work, effort, to never give up, attitude, love each others and many other things. They also often give good advice about study and life. They are not only idols but they are role models to follow. When I face problems and down they always encourage me. Chen once said that life is difficult but we must not lose to circumstances, we can go through it and rise again. Exo is my youth! I'm sorry for my bad english.

Loving EXO Friday with the guides! The way Baekhyun uses his voice as his instrument…he is a master at his craft! I agree about how motivational they are. His Vlives are legendary. Before Baekhyun went into then military he created vlogs that would be released once a month for his entire service so exol’s wouldn’t be too sad. Those vlogs are pretty motivational too. My top 3 are baekhyun, Sehun, and D.O. but Baekhyun is my fav person and singer in kpop! Our genius idol! One top soloist! King of kpop! God of rnb! Idol who exist one in century! That's what people call Baekhyun! Oh my introvert-mature man! He's so cute and funny but at the same time I think he's the sexiest in the group personality wise and he's the one of the most mature ones in the group. At first you'll see him as funny and goofy but when you get to know him better, he's so witty, smart, serious when needed and good at literally everything. He's really deep thinker and amazing with his fans. And one more thing I love about him (and exo bcs all the members do this) is he's not afraid to tell fans when he doesn't like something they do (which is rare in the industry bcs so many groups are afraid of losing fans).
