first of all thank you for your presentation. secondly as it says in on-site guid to remove RCD, I wonder why you turned on RCD while you were doing insulation resistance test ?

Why do some people say RCD's should be off? Same for SPD's as they could be damaged with 500v IR test?

To Amend 2? Not 250V first? No reciprocal calc?

Amendment Two requires for initial verification first fix we test at 500v second fix when accessory’s are installed and for periodic inspection we test at 250v and sensitive equipment can not be removed we tested line and neutral combined and test to earth .
