i accidentally picked guftagoo program on you tube of Gulzaar saab and since then i have got an addiction for this program not just because of the celebrities but for the choice of the celebrities and above all the way the interviewer conducts the interview asking intelligent questions and not the routine often repeated questions and even if they are repeated but this guy puts in a different way and makes it interesting, gives enough space to the interviewee to open up and share their feelings and opinions and also conducts in a very dignified manner and the way even the celebrities treat him is proof enough to show that they also regard this person in high esteem and i would say after Ameen Sayani i haven't seen such respect being shown to any interviewer by any one. Hats off sir. These interviews are not for just entertainment but more of an eye opener and a lesson for all of us. This shows that behind every successful person there are many stories of struggle, passion, humiliation, dreams, the conviction, learning process etc etc. We think and see the surface and it is glamorous but underneath it there are many layers.

@@yoyomodiji you should learn first how to comment on a public platform, you language shows your birth and your upbringing. Yes it is a mistake which i checked and corrected just now and FYI his name is not amarendra sayani he is ameen sayani ok and i have not abused you in spite of your mistake because i can't stoop to your level and do tit for tat ok. Now learn how to even correct someone's mistake. Be polite and humble that will gain you respect otherwise if someone like you would have been in my place then this abusing will go to another level. It is not that i cant do that but i would not do that which is below my dignity.

Guftagoo is an addiction , I have been binge watching - This is not a normal movie interview but an eye opener to everyone to learn a trade , be it anything. Our concepts of how this talent/art were so wrong - Imagine out of millions only 17-18 get into NSD , thats a stricter ratio than IITs. The beauty of this show is the choice of celebrities/personalities. And ofcourse the host Irfan sir doesnt need words for appreciation.

One of the best interviews I've ever come across. Both the guest and the host were totally at ease.... and the interviewer was asking the right and intelligent questions (not the silly routine questions).

Guftagoo is a very meaningful program i follow since sometime, where we can listen great people we admire alot but during watching these interviews i got another admiration for me and that is art of interviewing and one reason of watching guftagoo for me is Irfan saab now, i really appreciate his respectful manner meaningful smiling pauses and wise questions to great guests whom we want to hear,,, thanks alot to RSTV and Irfan saab for such a significant program.
That is one of a kind of an interview i love to watch because the main reason why i or everyonr should watch these Interviews is that there is A LOT thatvwe can learn from then. I am not saying to learn how to turn to an actor just saying learn from then how to work hard no matter in which field, as Boman said u should learn the craft!
Baman Irani is still under appreciated for his vast potential what a grand personality
I often wonder how come in olden times Dilip Kumar, Dharmendra & so many other actors become such a good actor. Dilip Kumar & so many actresses of gone by days yet they became amazing actors & actresses. Take Nutan, Nargis, Meena Kumari so many others. I know some of them, their mother were in the industry already, like now a days but difference is people have become intelligent, they go abroad see the World, but it’s not that every actors children don’t have to go through the difficulties. But I just love Bhuman Irani, he’s born actor. Thank you irfan Bhai.

Very big fan of guftagoo, started watching recently but got addicted to it. Now , After watching , hearing , understanding this interview, I have a tear in my eyes. I accidentally picked up these interviews by Irfan Saab. What I loved about it is the choice of guest who appear on these. All of people who have been picked up kind of intellectual in a way even though the portrayal in films are entirely different. I wish I can just sit down one day & watch all of them. Excellent.

Boman Irani is very friendly, outspoken (frank), talented born actor. I am impressed with his interview. Kudos Boman ! I saw some of his films and got interested in his films - his acting quality is way apart, not copied from any other actor. I do not like actors who are much into romantic roles, dancing, singing, running around tree and falling for a girl even after getting slaps & sandals. All that, even for sake of story !
