Conclusion of his speech : 1) Be a captain of your life. Take ownership of your life completely like he said to his wife I m a photographer. 2) Do your work with honesty & Passion and then enjoy the miracles. Good work attracts more big work and attracts many other good things for you as well. 3) Never u r late to start anything. He started his film career at the age of 44 with Munnabhai Mbbs in 2002. 4) He had so many problems like dislaxia, totla bolna and he was a poor champ just a thele wala who used to sell parsi/ gujrati snacks but still he became a successful and inspirational man. Ironically, the movie "3 Idiots" was shamelessly copied by bollywood without credits for story to Chetan Bhagat :-/

It was 1.30 AM when I started the video and I was planning to skip n finish it off in 15-20mins. But I got stuck... by the time it ended it was nearly 3 AM and i wished it was a bit more longer. One of The most Wonderful speech I've heard in my lifetime I must say. You inspire a lot Boman Sir. Love from Assam😍😍

I came here by accident and stayed the whole hour and 11minutes. Remarkable story of success and very good advice.

I was fortunate to see him when he came to NY for Iifa in 2017... he truly is so down to earth... I was impressed!

It is obvious that, any other such big celebrity would not have spent more than 10 minutes in that heat and sweat to deliver a speech for the students.. But the great Irani didn't mind the discomfort and surpassed all the expectations while bringing his heart out to inspire the new generation before him.. No doubt what he spoken about his values are extremely true and he proved it by this noble deliverance . What a great human being..! Hats off..!

Bollywood is making so many biopics these days.. Who is with me that we need one based on this iconic man? Truly inspiring.. I never knew the man who portrayed Virus had such a struggling time in his life..

Boman is such a charming and down-to-earth person. Great pep talk but a lousy auditorium. The least the organizers could have done was to arrange a fan, if not an AC.

I cover media events and most of the time of turned on the fan or the AC, the audio person won't get the right audio. This is why we have to reduce the AC fan speed.

Great man, great video. My take away from this talk * "Won't have a zero light bulb moment in my life due to my small way of thinking." * Dont do what everyone is doing. You are different, do things differently. * Dont look for a job, create it. Use imagination * You will meet right people at right time. * Never blame the other guy for own lack of progress.. they have nothing to do with ur success. * Working half hearty is cheating.. * Give your 110% and you will be paid 10 more than what you r getting paid * When you succeed, save yourself from yourself * Turn your weakness into your strength

So does Sadhguru at times and not just them. Anyone who has so much to say but has only a limited means to say it will somehow express it it riddles. I found it with many. Perhaps they do it intentionally or perhaps not but it is very similar with a lot of people, literary critics, writers, painters etc.

Very nice interview from Mr. Boman Irani . I know him when he was working in his Mom's chips shop. That was the best shop in India , grant Road Mumbai. I used to go with my Nani to that shop for chips . I do know his Mom. I was a little girl but having very sharp memory. I appreciated his patience for tolerance in hot auditorium without air circulation. The organizer has to think about everything for a speaker as well as audience.
