He didn't regret the millions it made him and in his own words he said he was thrilled that Jaws inspired so many youngsters to become fascinated by sharks instead of horrified by them. All he said is that if he knew in the early 1970s what he knew in later decades then he wouldn't have written it.

I remember watching A Quiet Place in theaters and when it got to the waterfall scene EVERYONE took the opportunity to open their candy. We all had the same mindset of "this might be my only chance!" and it was hilarious! Got to meet Millicent Simmons and her family when they came into the restaurant I managed. One of the SWEETEST families I've ever met!

When he lives in a remote place, and then is forcible ripped from his home by Americans so he can be taken to the US, kept in chains and used as a carnival side show? Yeah. He breaks free, and understandably, as a mostly wild animal, then gets a bit mad, and he's murdered for it. How is he not the victim?

King Kong used stop motion animation. Spearheaded by Ray Harryhausen, ahead of it's time. Made in 1933.

Fun fact: The T-Rex crashing through the top of the car wasn't supposed to happen. The animamatronic malfunctioned and crashed through. Which is why all the actors were scared and shocked by what they were seeing.

In the Jurassic Park scene with the T-Rex, when he broke the glass with the second lunge it was unscripted, the fear was genuine in the actor's faces.

Fun Vecna trivia: In Dungeons & Dragons lore, Vecna is an infamous lich. His name is an anagram of Vance, which was inspired by fantasy and sci-fi author, Jack Vance. Jack Vance wrote the Dying Earth series, which featured a "Vancian magic system" where magic-users would study to memorize their spells and then once they cast them, the magic information was erased from their brains and they would need to study again before being able to cast the spell again. Lee Fierro, mom Kintner went into a restaurant and ordered a Alex Kintner's special on the menus from server. I guess that server recognized her from Jaws. He went to his boss, Jeffery Voorhees aka her late son, Alex. Lee and Jeffery reunited at his restaurant.

The Chrismas light does come from the Demogorgon though. I guess technically any creature (including humans) that was in the area in the upside down would energize the lights in real life, but in those scenes, it was the Demogorgon, not Vecna that was in the upside down

The entire theater was SCREAMING in horror at the sons death scene when my roommates and I went to the midnight premier of "A QUIET PLACE" I was on edge! Such a farked up scene!

The stranger things one was hard because you see Joyce use them in the first season, then you would think demogorgon

3:10 Because instead of the monster heading in the direction of his kid it would have gone towards the rest of his family. A lose/lose situation either way. His only hope was making it to the kid first and pulling him away from the noise maker.

TBH the T-rex in Jurassic Park never realyl scared me (probably because my brother thought it was cute and called it cuties names), but the Raptors in the kitchen scene? Peed my pants, and still terrified to this day.

I’m surprised the xenomorph from alien or the werewolf from American werewolf in London wasn’t in this

the Jaws' shark actually does have a name on the studio tour the animatronic shark was named Bruce by Spielberg so the shark does technically have a name

I can’t remember but wasn’t the sprinkler scene at night? So they just put a random sprinkler picture and said it was a still from the movie but really it was a still from a Different movie and also at the wrong time of day? Aha

A doll possessed by the spirit of a serial killer, or a doll possessed (allegedly) by a demon. Both possessed dolls that would both be nothing but ordinary without possession. So no, really not much difference between the two.

i know sharks are less dangerous than they seem but i still can’t help my irrational fear of them. i would swim with like nurse sharks or whale sharks in a heartbeat but i would not put a finger into waters infested by bulls or great whites

@@Samuitsuki The shark has no name in the film. The shark is just called the shark. During the MAKING of the film the mechanical shark contraptions were called Bruce, but in the actual film there is no name given to the shark.

So the animatronic T-Rex was an actual monster during the filming of that movie. At one point it started to malfunction and almost seriously injured several of the crew and cast.

Yeah, I think I read that the part (shown in this video), where the T-Rex smashes its head through the plexiglass roof of the car, that was a goof and it wasn't supposed to smash down so hard. Fortunately, the kids didn't get hurt, but they were truly genuinely terrified... but they did keep that scene in the movie, since it worked so well. lol

There is a new Jurassic park movie coming next year.

I like how the answer is blurred and bleeped so as not to give it away but they literally plastered EVERY answer right in the thumbnail. A very limited multiple choice game then.

In the beginning, the family goes to a mart for supplies and eventhough the dad stops the kid from taking the toy, the kid takes it anyway, without anyone's knowledge and switches it on, on the bridge. So yeah.

I thought that it was actually the kid’s sister who gave the kid batteries to put on the toy because the father had originally taken them out of the toy. Could be wrong though. Edit: so I was half right and wrong. The sister gave him the toy, just without the batteries, but the kid took them without anyone noticing.

I saw Jurassic Park in the theater and right as the goat leg hit the top of the SUV, the projector bulb burned out and we just listened to everything that happened in the clip you showed. On the plus side, they did back it up and fix it and they gave everyone tickets for another show. Also, it's a story.
