Everybody thinks that they can take Chucky. The thing is he's supernatural. He has the strengh of a regular guy is a doll body. He's fast, agile and has a high pain toleraance. Everytime the curse is reset or his body is rebuild he only starts feeling pain after some hours and can only be killed by destroying his heart.

A few Horror Nerd points to bring up: -Freddy Krueger gets his powers from Dream Demons. And his upbringing made him into the psycho he is. -Chucky has his inhuman strength due to voodoo magic. Also, why when possessing people with inactive limbs, those limbs then work again under his control. Cause voodoo magic. -IT has many names besides "Pennywise" and is technically a trans-dimensional god of death. Whom, is hinted to not have been defeated by the losers' club in other books. -Jack Torrence is technically POSSESSED by the Overlook Hotel. Which was activated by Danny's "Shining". -And if you want a deeper delve into Hannibal, you should check out the TV Series. Maybe next time you want to bring up Horror, go get CZ from CZ'sWorld KZread channel.

2:17 This is why Alfred Hitchcock decided to film this scene the way he did. If there's one place in a house where you're completely and utterly helpless, it's the bathroom. No defense, no weapons, completely nekkid. Unless you really know how to defend yourself, and are comfortable fighting naked, you're completely screwed.

Fun fact: The actress playing Helen was actually under hypnosis that whole scene, they brought in a real hypnotist to set and put her under hypnosis during the scenes where she was supposed to be hypnotized so it could look and feel more authentic. She said it was the most horrible feeling ever and the back-to-back hypnosis caused her to have nightmares, it got to the point where she began refusing to go under.

Interesting fact that John Carpenter based Michael Myers from his trip with other students from local college to mental hospital. At the hospital, John noticed young boy with no soul and dark creepy eyes staring. In beginning scene, young Michael staring evil look as his parents comes home horrified.

2:11 fun fact: the blood in this scene is chocolate syrup because it was the right blood consistency going down the drain in a black and white movie also the actress is Janet Leigh who is Jamie Lee Curtis's mother. Jamie Lee Curtis is in the Halloween franchise.

I think Gen Z and even younger millennials have a difficult time understanding the older movies because they don't know how to put themselves back in those times. Like Psycho was "scary" because it was scary for the time. Same thing for the Creature from the Black Lagoon. It was scary for the time.

It's funny how they ask about Pinhead using his needles on other people, because in the third movie "Hell on Earth," there's one scene in the chapel and he's standing at the altar. He pulls out two of the needles from his head (taking a little membrane with them) and sticks them into his own hands before mimicking the crucifix and saying "I am the way." It's a really iconic scene from the third movie.

As a kid I would read all his books, but never really watched his movies until my early teens. Cujo, Christine, Pet Sematary, Carrie, The Dark Tower series, The Stand, Tommyknockers, It. I read pretty much all of them until the late 90’s when his material started focusing more on mystery and thriller genres instead of plain horror.

Every pin was nailed into his head one by one with a mallet. And according to the book, he has those nails everywhere on his body...and I mean everywhere, if you know what I mean.
