@@CoraCreates Well-done genericism (that's not a word lmao) in my opinion. An energetic big-band swing that starts with a spicy two-chord vamp and proceeds to build up more and more energy with the sequencing. Unfortunately during actual races we don't get to hear the entire thing because it loops over again when you shoot out of the factory. But it's even more badass on the third lap.

It helps if you are one of those people who can hear a note and instantly know what it is😂. To some people (like me) it's just a sound. To others they can tell exactly what note said sound is. It's always fascinated me that some people can do that.

@@randomvideos786 yay that's called "absolute pitch". I don't have that ability, but I do have "relative pitch", if you give me 2 keys, I can tell you the interval between the 2 keys (I need to think a bit about it though). Which is enough for this game!

Delfino Square, Waluigi Pinball, and Shroom Ridge were always firm favourites of mine. I feel like a child again whenever I hear them. I also love Coconut Mall (of course) and Koopa Beach! And don't get me started on the full band arrangements for Mario Kart 8... Nintendo has some of the finest soundtracks ever created (alongside the Club Penguin soundtrack - the coffee shop tune always gets me)!

0:34 has to be my favorite Mario Kart song, so much so that I was about to attempt playing it on the piano, which will make it my first every Mario Kart song every played on the piano. It is used on MKDD for Mario, Luigi, and Yoshi Circuits.

10:00 I GOT THIS ONE CORRECT EVEN THO I NEVER PLAY DOUBLE DASH. I just knew for some reason it was a main menu song since it didnt sound like a track song and just guessed Mk double dash since I know all the main menu themes that are not SMK, MKSS, and, MKDD. It also sounded cleaner than an old song so I guessed it.

This is gonna be soooo goood! Can't wait!

Me too, this is my favorite track theme from the whole franchise. The SNES and MK8 renditions go the hardest. The original SNES rendition still holds up, and the MK8 composers created a MASTERPIECE of nostalgia.

I will never ever forget Mario Kart DS Intro song and how if you let the screen sit idle at exactly 0:25 a Demo-Race would play with 8 COM Player and somehow Mario always started in 8th place :/ (I'm not kidding look it up)

This was fun. I got everything except for some of the main menu themes and Rock Rock Mountain

I SOMEHOW GOT THEM ALL RIGHT! I did not expect a battle stage though. You nearly got me with that one.

So glad you ended with my favorite game of all time!!

The only ones I didn't nail were the super circuit songs. I even got the double dash staff credits! I may have only heard that song once, but I could tell it was staff credits because of its vibe and I was able to narrow it down to double dash because I could here double dash's theme.

1:18 also used in Mario Kart Tour.

The best track for the end, great!

I got 46/50! I'm pretty happy with that! I missed MKDS Title Screen, MK7 Main Menu, MKDS Mario Circuit and MKDS Main Menu.

2nd song is Yoshi Circuit from Double Dash, btw. This is more well known than just some circuit themes let's admit it. I also failed to guess a lot of tracks from MK8

knew every track in the 1st second other than cheeseland that could've been a little bit longer plus the beginning of MKSC's Rainbow Road was missing

I want you to do another one of these. I like these. I only missed 8

been back into the MK series for a long while now and this really shows what i kn0w lol 50/50

I grew up with MK Super circuit and Double dash and later Wii and 8. Barely played DS and never played 7. So I got all the Super Circuit, DD, Wii and almost all 8 music correct. Also the credits music from double dash unlocked so many memories!

50/50 so iconic soundtracks

Number 4 is my favorite. Every time I play with my friends I make sure we do the race. (I’m obsessed with the game it’s originally from)

I love how i know and recognize every single one from either rtro tracks or the og game and can tell what version but not the name

I got 44/50. A lot of the menu themes tripped me up, I didn’t know Thwomp Desert and Mushroom Gorge didn’t sound like Mushroom Gorge to me

since mkds is the only one i ever got to play (besides the arcade), i can safely say i got most from it right along with the retro circuits

Most of the tracks I got were from 64 and DS. Both of those games have such a special place in my heart.

You tried me the first time with MKWii Rainbow Road making me think at the beginning it was the DS version only for me to be disappointed bu then track 47 came and you can’t imagine how much of a smile that put on my face.

Jesus Christ man, #50 smacked me with a level of nostalgia so hard and unexpected I've not heard that song since I played the hell out of Double Dash as a kid, all those years ago, and yet I instantly recognised it and went "holy shit, this song..."

The text said "Shu Guy Beach" and "Thwomp Desert - *Mario Kart Wii*"? Under the normal rules, I got 27/50. If getting the game but not the track correct is half a point, I got 29.5/50. If I leave out *MK7/8* (which I have very little experience with) unless I get it right, that is 27/40. I got most of *N64* right, about half the *Super Circuit* themes right, most of *Double Dash*, made a few embarrassing mistakes on *DS* despite having beat it twice, was 100% in *Wii*, didn't recognize any of *MK7*, and only got the menu theme right in *MK8*. Thwomp Desert is a battle course in Wii. This quiz didn't feature battle course music otherwise, except for Choco Mountain from N64 (featured in that race course but also in multiple battle courses).

*49 out of 50* For whatever reason my mind thought Choco Island was Koopa Beach from Mario Kart 64. I paused on a lot of songs but I didn't hesitate with this and it was a fatal error.

Some corrections to questions: 14. Frappe Snowland also uses that music 15. Wario Stadium also uses that music 29. Cheep Cheep Island also uses that music

You started with -one- two that have been etched into my mind ever since I was five or six years old. I could never hope to forget MKDS. Edit: Also number 7 Edit again: Actually just basically anything from DS I'll instantly recognize.

I got 47 out of 50. Can't believe I mixed up Water Park with Animal Crossing and didn't recognize Mario Kart Double Dash Menu theme, but since I rarely ever played Mario Kart Wii's Battle Mode it's not surprising that I didn't get Thwomp Desert.

I got 47 out of the 50. The ones I missed were the DS title theme (thought it was the DS Menu theme), Yoshi Falls (thought it was DK Mountain), and Daisy Hills (thought it was Rosalina's Ice World). I also technically guessed Figure 8 Circuit for DS Mario Circuit, but they share a theme, so I'm giving myself that one.

Also if you answered DS Wario Stadium on Waluigi Pinball, you'd still have gotten a point, even if it doesn't say Wario Stadium, they do share the same theme, and not in the same way as Maple Treeway and Wii Bowser's Castle where Bowser's Castle is still considered a seperate theme despite it basically being a remix of Maple Treeway

41/50, and it could've been 44 but I got GBA Rainbow Road, Mario Kart Stadium and Wii Mario Circuit mixed up with other soundtracks

Vanilla lake and shy guy beach are my faves on this list : )

My 3 favourite tracks are: 3.twisted mansion 2.boo lake 1.wii rainbow road Every time I hear wii rainbow road I start to get nostalgia as the Nintendo Wii was my first gameing console and mkw was my first ever video game even, but now sadly my Nintendo Wii broke over 2 years ago and I'm still sad about it to this day, and it will be my favorite memory to when I was younger rip mario Kart Wii and galaxy 1 and 2(also I had skylanders trap team, so don't hate on me for likeing that game.)

I got 48/50. The 2 I got wrong were Mario Kart Double Dash's Menu theme and Staff Credits. It's ironic because Double Dash is the one of the only Mario Kart games I've never played.

47/50 Thwomp Desert, DD's Main Menu, and DD's Staff Credits were the ones that threw me off. (Never played Double Dash so the last two didn't quite stick out to me)

I knew every double dash track... except for the main menu, woops. Got most of wii, some 7 and 8. I didn't even bother with super, n64, super circuit, and DS as I haven't played them 🤷‍♀️

I missed these ones: #3 - MK7 Main Menu #28 - Double Dash Main Menu #37 - Thwomp Desert - Mario Kart Wii #40 - Choco Island - SNES. (It sounded kinda familar, I think I've heard it on the DS course) #41 - Daisy Hills - MK7 #42 - Rainbow Road - Super Circuit #45 - Vanilla Lake - SNES #50 - Staff Credits - Double Dash. I've mainly played DS, Wii, and 8 Deluxe (wave 4 was out when I tried this, so I knew more tracks due to hearing their soundtrack in MK8 deluxe)

I actually got all of them right. Makes sense since I've been listening to the soundtracks of all of the games in the MK series a ton the past few months.

The Thwomp Desert iteration you did in this sounded the best btw.

AAARRGH! I thought for sure I would get them all! But I couldn't make out the Double Dash Menu and Staff Credits, and I thought MK8's Menu was Wii's! NOOOOOO!

I guess every song. I'm starting to think i have a problem, but i guess it makes sense, i listen to the OST of all the games every time they announce a new wave for the Booster course pass.

49/50 ! I missed the track Thwomp Desert on Mario Kart Wii ^^ I haven't played much the battle mode in this game

Got all of them right, pretty much a fan of the matio kart franchise

Every desert track was here except for Dry Dry Ruins, which was weird before it's an absolute banger

I got 42/50 there were defo some tricky ones in there especially that last one!
