Guess the Language, but it's all Cyrillic

Ойындар

This language identification quiz has a whole extra layer of difficulty - everything is written in the Cyrillic alphabet. Now even finding the right sounds can be a challenge, let alone guessing what language it should be.

0:40 "ь" is used not just for "softening", it also can be used as a syllable separator: тя - tya, тья - t'ya (if you need "т" to not be soft ъ is used instead)

@@GGTourist Yeah. Both ь and ъ function as separators, but fist one softens the letter it follows, while latter one doesn't.

Я after vowels, in the beginning of a word and after Ь and Ъ makes 2 sounds, Й and А [йа], but in other cases it makes only 1 sound [а] but soften the consonant. So ТЯ sounds like [т' а] and ТЬЯ sounds like [т' йа]. ТЪЯ sounds like [т йа]. Same rule applies to Ё[йо], Е[йэ] and Ю[йу]

Actually "vagy" can mean two things in Hungarian. "Hogy vagy?" - "How are you?" which here "vagy" doesn't mean "good" but rather "are you"? So it's "How are you?" not "Are you good?" And "Ez vagy az." Means "This or that" so here "vagy" means "or". I couldn't decipher what you read becaus Idk cyrillic but from what I could understand it's "or".

Ten język czeski nie był najlepiej transliterowany, według mnie by ten tekst brzmiał lepiej w tej werzji. Warto znać, że użyłem ukraińską transliterację, która brzmi najbliżej do czeskiego: The Czech language was not transliterated in best way, in my opinion, the text would sound better in this version. Good to know that I used Ukrainian transliteration that sounds closest to Czech: По ослу дєдіі вєтшіноу глас, могутнєйшіі главу, длоугее уші, штііглейшіі кончетіни, малаа уузкаа копита, крааткоу гржііву а оцас у коржене поростлий єн крааткоу срстіі.
