I used to work retail in higher end store and we were always told to not judge the customer sometimes they have a day off and they're in sweats but they could be your best customer and in some cases that was true.

Honestly, as a black women I wouldn't even subject myself to shopping at Gucci. If this is how they treat you and YOU'VE SHOPPED THERE several times before, I'd rather avoid the abuse. I'm happy at Coach and MK. 🤷🏾‍♀️

The way you were treated is terrible. I love the way you actually handled the situation. Me being a Latina I would have honestly gone crazy on them lol. I suggest you try and contact their customer service and file a compliant. These people don't deserve that job.

I went to Gucci in a mall in Dallas. When my friend and I walked in all the shopkeepers were clustered together at the front and asked if we needed help. And I was just like, "Nope! We're here out of curiosity 😎" They let us browse unattended until we got to the back of the shop and then they sent someone to follow us. She was cool though and even agreed with me in a conspiratorial whisper that some of the stuff was dead ugly 😂 I was in a Maurice's shirt and discount jeans 😆 feeling like a boss.

I love Gucci bags but sometimes they are too expensive, i love getting replica stuff from high quality websites, i order almost every bag from superake store

So I am actually born and raised in Las Vegas and a lot of stores actually don’t like people taking photos or videos mostly because of a lot of thefts with people taking pictures and going back and stealing that item. When it comes to legal issues you’re technically allowed to unless they have something posted saying other wise. Also if they ask you to stop filming and you don’t even audio recording it does also become a legal issues. Also a lot of stores in casinos and stuff are very rude because they could care less whether someone writes a bad review or not because they are still getting service no matter what. And the casinos technically own the police so they get away with a lot. I honestly don’t mean this comment to be negative I hope it doesn’t come off that way just trying to be informational.

Use people prejudice against them. The co man is always dresses nice and protend he have lot of money that how he able to scram so many people even very rich people. Been in Vegas twice, window shopping both luxury store but I never had experience that their discriminating us, simply bcoz we're behave. No camera and just looking stuff but no touching it. In few minutes we get out. And by the way, I am not caucasians, but never had experience discriminations in any luxury store though didn't buy it sometime.

I can definitely tell she's Hispanic. I am also Hispanic, and white people don't think I'm white even though many minorities think I am. She is perceived as Hispanic by white people. Not sure this is about race though, but I'm addressing the claims that people can't tell she's Hispanic.

“This store is giving me PTSD” I FELT THAT, EVERY LUXURY STORES BE GIVING THAT FEEL.

You should file a complaint against the sales girls and terrible service you received from that store. No one should get special treatment or denied spending their money based on the price tag of their clothes,you should be able to walk in with sweatpants on and a bun with no makeup and still treat you with real customer service!

Seeing and hearing the different perspective of how these luxury brands treat people in different ways, is a real eye opener.

I always felt that when i would go to these types of stores that they’ll treat me very poorly, however whenever my friend shops they treat her very well. Not sure what it is about me but they never want to help me, even when i genuinely want to buy! So im happy to see ur videoes, makes me feel like its not just me whos having these bad experiences lool xD

Oprah talked about how poorly she was treated. I’m really conflicted about continuing to support these brands

In the outlets stores in upstate NY, they have signs posted in English and in Chinese that say no one is allowed to film. I asked one of the salespeople about it, and she said it's because some people come in, take pictures or film the products, and then make counterfeit copies of the products. It's mostly done with luxury handbags. She also stated that they have many Chinese tourists that they have caught doing this.

aniie Zeijas this was my thought, and she was filming under cover. Even though she says they didn’t know it was still filming, they were. And when my phone films there’s a little light on the front of my iPhone stays lit, so if that was in his pocket they would’ve probably seen the light through the pocket.

I'm honestly so sorry that happened to you! That's not something you can just get over, especially having previous history of terrible customer service at gucci. First of all. I agree they were completely rude and harassing. However. Why did you not immediately ask for a manager. You need to always ask for one. They need to have a sign posted if filming isn’t allowed. You should always ask for corporate info. Names and say your attorney will Be sending a letter. Also.
