Lovely bag but you those indents shouldn't be there. Can you change it for one without the indents?

From the packaging to the details of the bags, I think the eastlisa shop has made reproduction an art form.

This bag is absolutely really bad quality … I had same problem with 2 of them and ended up just returning them :(

Ah I know, they could have prevented the mark from handle bands. Anyway hopefully it come off if I keep massaging the area.

@@EmiliaEarlam please return the bag and ask for a brand new one without the dentation. that's not acceptable with a luxurious brand like gucci. I bought a jacket worth only 50 dollars and it came out defective. The company actually refunded me without needing the item back. Your back worths thousand of dollars. You deserve a flawless item hun. Btw, love your energy and you are beautiful.

I got heartburn as soon as you showed those indentions. I would just take it back.
