Under section 26 of the Act, ward cannot be removed from the jurisdiction of the court, unless permission is sought. whether this section can be applied in a case where the guardian petition is pending, court has assumed the jurisdiction, notice to respondent has served but guardian has not yet been appointed. The respondent trying to remove the minor from the territorial jurisdiction of the court. what section / remedy is available under which respondent could be bound not to remove the minor from the territorial jurisdiction?
