very good Penal code laws sections interpretation & explanation under which any criminal offense is investigated by police & punished or unpunished by magistrate court # but the section which deals with the delay in FIR should be reformed since in any offense in which vitictim is injured at the location of crime naturally needs time to reach home & get help to reach police station # 2 nd ly if police officers refuse to register FIR naturally the victime under the section has to report or seek justice from higher auroties which takes more than 24 hours # بہت اچھا سمجھایا ہے پینل کوڈ قوانین کے سیکشن جن کے تحت زیادتی کرنے والے کے خلاف FIR درجہ کرکے تفتیش کی جاتی ہے اور پھر میجسٹریٹ کی عدالت مین سزا دی جاتی ہے یا بری کیا جاتا ہے #
