it is. just look at PUBG result. but newer games start using newer features of DX12 more heavily like async compute.

Yes, in older dx 11 games. Newer games uses DX12, and GTX 1660 has better dx12 support. That's why it's performs almost the same as GTX1080.

@@arenzricodexd4409remember Pascal generation has been retired. Games don't update with that architecture in mind, but Turing is still supported. Games that adjusted and optimized after Pascal end of life are going to disadvantage it. That doesn't make it weaker, just less favored sometimes.
