You have an issue might want to delete this video and redo it. I found a mistake that will cause you issues. AMD Adrenalin is for amd gpus and not amd chipsets. You don't want to use AMD Adrenalin for chipset drivers trust me. Just download the chipset driver from amd and you will see a difference. I am only pointing this out to help you.

I think with time, Nvidia does not fix driver issues on older cards. This is why fps is lower on newer games and higher on older games. I think 1080 ti is more powerful than 3060 12gb just behind due to unoptimised drivers by nvidia

The 1080 cannot handle technologies in some modern games,thus the low performance,it's not really an issue of optimisation

Those weird performance differences could be a team effort of developer, per game hardware driver optimization but also operative system, graphics API and actual hardware architecture limitations... Nvidia gpus showing the problem more often than others is true, but AMD's gpus also have Opengl, DXVK, Direct X and Vulkan disparity of performance... without further analysis or in-depth profiling we can't just easily point which actor is delaying the frame time the most...

​@@lapzetamilan6196 yea change your fan configuration a little bit. If you have 3 120mm fans use 3 for exhaust and if you have 2 140mm fans use those for intakes it sounds like your build may need more than 2 exhaust fans to keep the hot air out.

​​@@lapzetamilan6196 and if all 5 fans are the same size then do 2 intakes and 3 exhaust again if your build allows it and maybe think about buying 2 new 140mm intake fans they should be pretty cheap. That's what my first builds configuration was for air flow 3 exhaust 1 in the back 2 on the top and 2 bigger fans for intake and my first build was a 500 watt psu ryzen 5 3600 with a heatsync cooler that also pushed hot air to the back exhaust fan paired with a rtx 3060TI. The cpu cooler was like $20

Yo le estoy jugando a Horizon Forbidden West a 110 FPS y más también con Todo en ULTRA con mi RTX2060 Super de 8 GB de VRAM PALIT y con un Ryzen 5 4600G de 6 Núcleos y 12 Hilos + 16 GB a 3200Mhz + Monitor Samsung 24 Curvo de 144Hz. a Alan Wake 2 lo jugué en Ultra Calidad a 112 FPS con el DLSS Frame Generación. Nada mal para ser Pobre!😅😂
