Can I add a module to automatically and close the gate at a certain time of day?

Hi abc123birdsandbees, The motors are specifically built using screw terminals and simplified software so that 3rd party accessories can be used. This includes dry contact timers for specific operation times etc. You can also wire in a range of items that allow remote operation from anywhere in the world. How to put a cable if ur gate motor doesn't comes with cable antenna for long distance connection & operation,open and close.

Can you adjust the speed of the motor? Making the gate to close or open quicker

Hi Seb, To keep things simple and easy to install, the GTR156 motor speed isn't adjustable. It does have a soft close function that slows the movement at each end of the gate travel. This soft close function has some adjustment available for slightly longer operation.

Is there a readily available larger diameter drive gear? Obviously, the track would need to be raised for the extra size. I'm not yet retired but will be by the time the gate opens and shuts. I defintely can't hold my breath for as long as the gate takes to open.

Hi Xagtly, You could have one machined if you need. But, this will put more stress on the motor, lower your weight capacity and cause more damage if the gate hits anything. On a side note, you don't need to hold your breath while the gate opens, it will still operate correctly while the user is breathing normally.
