GTFO Squad Gameplay - Rundown 1 (Closed Alpha)

Ойындар

GTFO Alpha Squad Gameplay. We've been waiting eagerly for this title for 2 years, it's finally in Closed Alpha with NDA allowing us to record (in 2k!). I present to you a brand new cooperative shooter by 10 Chambers Collective featuring amazing stealth and teamplay mechanics! What to expect? 4 Prisoners being forced into a sealed subterranean complex filled with monsters, barely armed, and forced to get what the Warden wants, or die trying. Being this is Closed Alpha, expect bugs. Being our group, expect funny rude comments to each other. This game is going to be great!

Reminds me of your old gameplay for the interstellar marines: neurogen incident in a way. Kinda the same environment (dark 'n quiet) but obviously the mobs are different. (sounds like the "clickers" from The Last of Us) The final encounter reminded me of The Killing Floor. Sorry for your loss. Hope to see more of this squad play in the future.

Yeah it did have that Neurogen feel to it, which we really loved. The game honestly feels amazing. Shooting does feel a bit punishing, but it should. When you resort to using your very limited ammo, it needs to feel punishing otherwise it invalidates stealth. We did a bit better on our Offline Rundown direct after this, wish I had that on record but the file size prevented it as I was still reallocating the space. We're going to do more of this for certain. I will say the firefights do feel a bit Killing Floor mixed with Left 4 Dead. They're fast, dirty, decisive and punishing. Our real only complaint was the monster closeting being used on events like the last scene or if you alert a scout. There were arguments in our group both for and against it.

We're definitely doing more Rundowns in this. Should have more on this soon, processing is the limiting factor at 2k res. This game is going to be worth it for certain. According to 10 Chambers Interactive (the devs) it will reach Early Access this year on Steam.

Your squad was serious and didn't ruin the atmosphere. There was no troll -which is rare to see on yt these days- so it was easier to focus on gameplay.Game looks amazing, video was awesome; will be watching more! :)

Well... I was hoping to watch this fresh off the metaphorical press, but youtube rendering is a thing. See you in an hour!

We plan to do a few more 'Rundowns' at least that'll be on the recorder. The problem is that with the optimized state and all, the recording size gets astronomical quick. I believe the full source files on this was 90 gigs for this one recording. Going above 1080p is absolutely worth it, but you take hits on performance and file size. Makes processing a nightmare. Hope you enjoyed the video!
