I agree with time moving faster as you get older! I think it’s because the longer you are in this world the greater your frame of reference on time is. When you were a kid summer lasted forever. As an adult you don’t even realize it’s summer till it’s over.

I know I'm in the lesser camp here, but a city builder Bioshock: Rapture would be amazing. Just start with the diving bell/foundation thing you see in the games and just build it out and research new big daddies and builds at the bottom of the sea and stuff. I imagine it being like a nautical frostpunk or sim city.

it's already been delayed. the initial earnings projections meant they were expecting it to release before April 1st, 2025. so we know they missed that and pushed to Fall

@@CSM.HBJ-Dogg not sure where you heard that but next April isn't in fiscal year 2025. We're already in FY25 and it ends on March 31st 2025. Their initial earnings projections had a $3B increase in FY25, so it was easy to see they initially planned to release it before the end of that. It's why everyone was saying early next year when they revealed it would be 2025, because it narrowed it down given what we knew they forecasted. So we at least know of one delay

Speaking of BioShock, do you have any updates on how the work has been going or is it all kept quiet?

Co CEO sounds like a good idea. One for the day to day stuff and one for big picture 🤪

Can turn out good or bad and this solely depends on on how both see eye to eye when it comes to the vision they have going forward. Of course, that's something that can be discussed but that also means both parties need to be willing to grow towards the other. Then again, having 1 CEO that's hell bent on following a terrible strategy without anyone to give a second opinion, isn't all that much better. Of course, these are 2 examples of a no/bad synergy but the opposite is also a big possiblity.

Jake, I'm addicted to Mullet Madjack! Have you played it, and if you have, are you also addicted to it? Lol. It's like a 90s anime but a bullet hell FPS with 10 seconds to finish each level. You get through each one by getting precious seconds doing stylish kills,drinking sodas (that can be turned into grenades with an upgrade), using the environment, and upgrades that increase the ways you gain time as well change the game mechanics or a new weapon. It will leave you battered and bruised, but once you get the mechanics and flow down, it's extremely fun especially once you start unlocking no reload weapons or things like the ability to use shields there's even ones to slow time. I came back to edit this to add as well there's even this charming thing they do: if each chapter finishes, you get a ranking. The rankings are different types of mullet with his profile sporting the style.

Fall 25 is enough for me to forget about it completely, especially since I only have a computer. Announce games when you have a release date within a couple months.

Time really does get faster the older you get, and I’m only 23 this year 😢

I get to work, time slows down, when I'm over halfway through my shift, time speeds up for a bit, then slows down a bit after work at home, then speeds up before bed, then slowing down when sleeping

That's part of why I don't understand people who 100 percent a game, I've yet to play it but the first game on PC was incredible, the only game I ever 100%-ed was the masterpiece Assassin's Creed 2 as a young teen, games like Skyrim and Fallout 4 (both super heavily modded never played vanilla) which take over 100 hours I have to take a multi-month break halfway through to avoid burnout on them, trying to push through it will just sour the experience, by taking those breaks they remain (particularly Skyrim) some of the best and most memorable gaming experiences of my life

GTA 6 releasing in fall wouldn’t be surprising to me

I believe they shouldn't announce a game and give a release date until it's 100% done and playable. The gap will be for shipping and day 1 patch stuff. Game Pass would be better to bring exclusives to the service 3 months to a year to game pass. It help prevent impacting sales, but still bring the game to the service. I wait for most games anyways as I need to work on completing my collection. I used to love Ubisoft games, now I detest them.

So now you're a complete and utter fool without a clue who thinks you're entitled to an opinion despite not playing them. Gotcha. Don't want extra pre-order stuff don't buy it, simple. Ubisoft is one of the only big companies who actually try new things, experiment within their own franchises and make side games to explore different ideas, so much research and passion went into Odyssey that it is literally an educational and virtual tourism resource for the ancient world, as game makers they deserve respect.

The time moving faster as you get older thing is legitimately because the scale of time is different as you get older. An hour/day/year of your life is a smaller fraction of your life at 30 then it is at 3.

And there's a 0% chance I dont buy GTA as soon as it launches. And preorders arent about "securing your copy" anymore, wtf are you talking about? Its not 1993 anymore, try joining us in the current century before questioning why we do something. Its about businesses showing the suits the demand that a product has. And once preorders are live the company is more or less locked in to a nearby time frame. They can delay it, usually maybe a few months at most, but the suits won't like it if a game has strong preorder numbers and then needs to be pushed back another year or two. Usually at most they can delay it a few months and push out whatever they have at that point (i.e. the incomplete state of Cyberpunk, No Man's Sky, etc at launch). You want me to help you learn how to do 2+2 next, champ? Since I'm already here helping you learn BASIC THINGS anyways.

Hate to defend Ubisoft in any way, but to be fair it is a SEASON Pass, not a BATTLE Pass. Tons of games have had Season Passes to bundle planned/existing DLC into a single purchase or add-on.

As a Floridian, GTA 6 better capture the essence of Florida to it's finest details 👌 🔥

They usually release around October. In example, like GTA 4, Midnight Club, RDR2. They usually been in October.

Be cooler if that was a Splinter Cell shirt. Those are the real stealth games :P

Any of us who truly likes Bioshock kept up with the news we already know that the new Bioshock is called Judas and it doesn't matter we already knew about it last year I meant last year

Been calling it since the first trailer, "GTA VI delayed to Fall 2026." If it comes out sooner then yay, but I'm not holding my breath.

I miss your "evolution" of series. Would love to see one for fighting game graphics; either Tekken or Street Fighter to cover 3d/2d

The Gamepass model works in terms of profit for $70.00 games if the players keep their subscriptions for four months. Which means that's how long COD players would have to keep paying the $16.99 for Gamepass Ultimate specifically, and not standard at $9.99. Then at the five month mark they'd be getting into the Vault edition pricing, which Gamepass will likely not have available at a standard monthly fee. They'll likely put the base edition up for the game pass monthly fee, then / or people can buy the extended editions typically priced at $99.99. I don't know many COD players, but I cannot imagine they'll stop playing after only four months. It's a solid business decision for Microsoft if they game is worth playing for a full year.

Imagine if rockstar pulls the biggest troll of the decade and releases gta 6 this year as a surprise

RDR2 got released a year and a half after it the initial release day. I’m not holding my breath for GTA’s 2025 date. I bet it’ll be 2026.
