What about Eightball's Bomb Shop? It's only noticed when you drive into it to try to avoid the taxis during #Cabmageddon. Seems strange it was never needed for a mission or mentioned, as it uses unique coding which must've taken up resources. I suppose you can use a car bomb on some missions, if you want to though.

yeah. i remember i played GTA VC in a friend's house and humberto said "you'll know what i'm going to do? first: i'll kill a haitan. and then: i'll make love to you like this" but a few years later i bought the censored version, so i was confused when humberto said "you'll know what i'm going to do? make love to you like this"

The Censored copy’s of the game makes the game so confusing as everyone says “we need to take them out” but take who out???

What's the point of censoring the game if the uncensored versions are already out and anyone can get them and already did, there are even beta versions of the games, the hot coffee in san andreas which was supposed to be a minigame but got removed in the final version, someone still found the code and used it to make the hot coffee mod, everyone knows.

It seems like this Shame on You show did nothing to really "shame" rockstar but only temporary for PR sake. I never even played the "Haitian friendly version" nor ever heard of this TV show. I bought vice city multiple times before steam and NEVER witnessed this version. It just goes to show that shitty TV show died an obscure death with no lasting impact on society

We already have that game, it's called Grand Theft Auto Vice City. A new GTA game that takes place in a modern day expanded Vice City with new characters, a new story and maybe even a cameo or mention of old characters like Lance or Tommy would be very cool. Imagine if it was set around taking his empire down or something, it could lead to a great story. With the technology today we could still have character swapping and could handle a bigger and better map. Plus imagine the stories, there could be different gangs to take down and some new shit added and some stuff from the beta that was removed oh mah lord I wouldn't have a life. gta vc was my first game I remember having and I still have it lol. But the game being remade would be perfect.

I think it was because you were actively encouraged by the game to kill out haitians. Now, you're encouraged to kill some random gang members. Which is still stupid, because it's just a damn game, it's not like you're encouraged to kill people or steal cars either, and besides.. We already know that those particular haitians that Tommy is to kill are gang members, it's not like the game is encouraging violence against ANY haitian, it's just how they identify that gang easier, by saying they're haitians. Censoring like this just softens the game so it feels more generic, ruining the experience. Like for instance at 20:41 Umberto doesn't even make sense. Who exactly is he fighting ? It's just stupid. I still play the original version, lol.

Carnage The Wolf Avenger Well the way people justify this, is they simply fear those who might not understand the concept of art and entertainment in general, that it's actual purpose would simply be to mimic reality in a safe environment, so that people get a taste of how real life is, and they don't have to risk anything, even if that experience is in a hostile environment. That's the point of art and entertainment, but people simply fear that OTHERS might not understand this. Which is really an irrational fear, since no sane person would logically follow what they see in games or in movies and replicate it in real life. Maybe little kids, but that too is very unlikely, they realize from a young age the difference between real life and a game.

Vice City was the true 4th instalment of the game, and blew away GTA 3. Better characters, story and a fantastic soundtrack.

Still the greatest game in the series, if not the greatest game ever made. Of course I also loved SA with the huge map and the tons of things to do, but nothing beats the story and overall epic feeling of Vice City.

Everyone has a different taste, and i have to somewhat agree with him. When GTA V released, i rushed through the story in a few days, maybe a week, so it had to be some kind of good. But when you're done... i've never played it a 2nd time. Unlike all other GTA's, i didn't feel the need to. Story wasn't as good as the others aswell, IMO.

I found out about GTA III and Vice City in 2009, then Liberty City Stories, San Andreas and Vice City Stories. I play them over and over again. Of course, I'm hooked on the radio stations. I hope they re-release these games with the missing missions so you know i REALLY like these videos. I'd like to see a video game that shows Sal when he was young with father of Toni Cipriani. It would show how Salvatore Leone rose to power and show years between each of the game up to or beyond GTA III. I'd like them to include the same actors to reprise their roles or (they radio DJs) make new ones. ARE YOU LISTENING, ROCK STAR ?! You know die hard fans would love this. And people who are playing 'today's games' that, when you mention the GTA games, say, "Whoa !! Yeah, I used to play those ! Wonderful memories !" Would want to see this.

Living on Miami in the 80's, Miami Vice feels everytime i play this game till now. At least i played the Uncensored version when i was kid.

That apartment/safe house in Ocean Beach bears a lot of similarities to the one in Scarface (Which the real building in the movie was located on Ocean Drive), during the scene where Tony and his colleagues are ambushed with a chainsaw. Maybe copyright issues are why it was pulled from the game?

Nice video dude. This is much better than other GTA KZreadrs like: MrBossFTW, Dat Saintsfan, iCrazyTeddy, TwoDynamic, Domislive, and many more. I'm not saying I hate them but atleast this one is more detailed and accurate than theirs.

Yeah. Those youtubers don't put much work and still get lots of views because of those bs clickbait thumbnails. VadimM and whatever57010 are true GTA fans and deserve more subscribers. Of course they don't upload as often because they don't talk unrelated content and especially don't beg for likes. And maybe I missed some real GTA youtubers and it's sad because these are harder to find for some reason

Totally agree, a typical video of those KZreadrs start with them begging for subs and likes, then talk only for a minute at most about unsupported facts and say something like "I don't know yet, so sub for updates on this information" Then never talk about the thing again until someone comments about it...I only trust this channel and Rockstar themselves about any info

I loved this video. I'm currently just 1 trophy away from Platinum on PS4. Already got Platinum with GTA III so then I'll move on to San Andreas. Anyway, having an inside look at development of my favorite games is cool. Visual changes are nice but story changes are cool too. I'd like to think if back then DLC and updates was a thing for consoles, we would have seen unfinished content later added after possibly doing a few adjustments. Then again III, VC and SA released very quickly one after the other. Spending time and resources on DLC probably would have delayed the games and maybe even rendered one of them useless since VC could have been an expansion for III.

I still have my original copy too, but I also bought the trilogy for ps4 and man, it is horrible! All those edits not to mention they removed all Michael Jackson, Ozzy songs due to licenses expiring, but I can always go back to my ps2 which still works to this day and play it 😊 Edit: I forgot to mention that the new versions do this glitchy thing where when you aim to shoot at someone, Tommy aims at friggin LIGHTPOLES it’s retarded

I would definitely buy this game again if they ever decide to remake it for next gen consoles.

This game will forever be iconic, I was 11 when this game was as out and I asked for it for Christmas, I remember staying up ALL NIGHT LONG (no pun intended) waiting for “Santa” to drop it off under the tree, sure enough it was there, immediately unpacked it and played it on PS2, I am super lucky to have experienced that, it was so much fun without all those edits!

That moment in San Andreas where if you were to go throw a tear gas at someone when their health is low or dropping your sprunk can on them by having your hand on their body while your holding it, and then they will fell down. Then you when do that, you hear a loud snap noise when they die, like their spine snapped.

+Jason Corleone There is.... it's called the Vice Cry mod for the PC version of the game. Combine that with a fix for widescreen resolutions, and disable the frame limiter and cap the framerate at 60 FPS with external software, it's 10 times better than any remaster Rockstar could put out. :)

This game is my favorite of all the GTA series! The 80's, the colorful city, Tommy's voice, the Easter Eggs and details around the city makes it feel so alive! Not only that, the game also took an important part in my personal life.

I played this game so much but ,just now, listening to Mercedes' voice reminds me so strongly of someone. Anyway, great video! I can't imagine how much work was put into this, I tried to find tidbits like this myself but only came up with about 25% of what the video has. Kudos!

I still remember using the tear gas and was confused about how can it kill people if the npc run out of the AOE

It's weird that it didn't carry over remasters and shit, clearly it was made in a hurry to save themselves some controversy at the time (it's really not a smooth editing job) but usually these sort of changes tend to stick but I guess that no one really cared about it after the controversy period.

The police vehicles were initially based on the Miami Beach Police Department livery. Since Miami Beach is a smaller community, I presume they just chose not to use it. The revised vehicle liveries resemble the Miami Dade Police and since MDPD is the largest law enforcement agency in South Florida, and the Department which Tubbs and Crockett worked for in Miami Vice, the changes made perfect sense.

It was interesting to know the reason for the bank heist from the deleted call. Thought it was odd to suddenly set up a heist upon buying the Malibu.

I don't think I would be able to handle Lance's betrayal anymore than I do now if he had been voiced by Eddie Murphy. That blow would've been too hard.
