simple solution if you have 2 controllers, literally just switch controllers and boom, if you dont have 2 just unplug your controller and wait for it to disconnect , do this all while on the ps home screen, i think that's the only way (hope this helped)

This has been happening to me, I turned my ps4 on in safe mode and hit repair files or something like that and it worked, but now it's doing it again... A couple hours later

Yea my ps if i try to shop or explore games if i check out a game , then try to see another game it will not load , just gets stuck in many times [hourly]when at PlayStation store i have to constantly shut down restart , hell if im watching youtube and try to load a game it gets stuck so i have to shut down restart every time i change apps . And i have to sign out on youtube just watch my own videos , some reason i can watch ANY video except my own ? That one really don't understand .._. PlayStation and all console gaming sucks ass . Also have xbox , also a shit system . Getting a pc soon .

Hey I had this problem to and it seemed there was no fix but I just cleaned the disk and it simply fixed it all

YES I have the fix so first step is to wait till thee second it reaches 90 percent then go to you tube netflix spotify pprime video or twitch suspend the application wait a few seconds go back to gta accept the message that pops up and bam do this every time you login to gta

Thr is no solution sorry and it will get worse because of red dead redemption 2 coming soon .
