The 18-year-old Lapsus$ hacker who played a critical role in leaking Grand Theft Auto VI footage has been sentenced to life inside a hospital prison, according to a report from the BBC.

Great video, showed up on my recommended. One thing though, lapsus and these hackers aren't crazy talented or prodigies by any means. Lapsus has become quite infamous for their hacks which require simply social engineering and no technical hacking skillset. For example with the Uber hack, they simply sent an email to a high level employee claiming to be from IT and got their password. Although they are cunning in the sense of social engineering and wit, it doesn't go much further than that.
