What is the number one way to improve body composition? Running! What is the number one way to naturally increase hormones and remain young? Running! What is the greatest way to prepare yourself for the intensities of combat? Running!
When you run (Sprint) you burn more calories per second than you do in any other possible human activity! There is nothing as intense as running (sprinting) when it comes to calories per second. By acclimating our body to running (sprinting) we can now easily reach new heights of intensities in our chosen sport. Simply practicing your sport of choice will never allow you to achieve your highest potential in that sport! This is a well known secret of elite trainers: by sprinting regularly you will quickly improve your tolerance to increased levels intensity, your grappling/MMA sessions will seem tame in comparison. Still, it is crucial however that your running routine not take away from precious mat time. This is why Coach Zahabi has included a PDF Guide with sample workouts and details on exactly how to incorporate a running program for combat athletes.
Most important of all, you will learn proper running technique that will allow you to decrease recovery time, decrease inflammation and eliminate injury. You will be able to run faster, further and pain free. Coach also demonstrates the Dynamic Warm-Up and how to shuttle run, a variety of “cut backs” techniques that will allow you to develop world class legs and a respiratory system that will never quit!
Coach will also teach you the best method for increasing the size of your calfs! Forget expensive calf raise machines, forget doing countless reps hoping to see your calfs grow. Coach Zahabi will teach the easiest way to safely use leverage against your calf and force them to grow.
This instructional runs for over 1hr with zero dead time or fluff and includes a PDF Companion Guide! You get the equivalent of what you would learn in a 3-hour seminar. Coach loves to get straight to the point. You will waste zero minutes watching this video. Every single minute in this video is educational.

It’s crazy to think Francis initially wanted to train at Tristar because it was in French speaking Quebec but he couldn’t get a visa to go to Canada or something. I wonder how much of a difference that would have made on his fighting style and career. Firas Zahabi & GSP as coach/fight mentors.

i was thinking the same thing about jones vs francis, jones will eat up the legs/kness on the feet and evade the big punches, when francis comes close jones will kick the knees or go for the takedown, francis will be gun shy on the feet much like the derrick lewis fight and jones would outpoint francis if he fights like that or finish him on the feet. i dont think he needs to fight like he did against gane, not a bad idea but i think he can confuse francis by keeping his range on the feet and mixing in the takedowns.

Talk about the rematches GSP had... Saying that GSP is very adaptable after the first meeting .... and DESTROYS his opponents 2nd time around. GSP struggled with Hendericks in the early rounds but started to ADAPT in the 3rd , 4th ,and most especially the 5th round. I'd say that GSP is ABLE to still take on the HIGHEST level fighters today.

I think prime Miocic would have given Jon a lot of problems. But that’s 5 years too late. Jones is likely getting another early stoppage this time around. Jon just needs to go back 15 years and do a heavyweight run now. 😅 Cain, Werdum, JDS, Brock, Mir, Overeem would all have been awesome fights!

I did not think Jon would do THAT good at heavyweight. Was gonna give it to ciryl cause he is skilled and more experienced at that weight class. But Jones v ngannou ever happened, I would have to say Jones. For him to still move like a lhw, the exp and IQ, I'm gonna give it to Jones.

Watch Demetrius vs Rodtang. I.e, watch what a proper mma technician can do to the most dangerous striker in the world. He put him to sleep in about the same time as Jones submitted Cyril. I.e., this shouldn't have come as a surprise to anyone. Javier Mendez said it before the fight. He was totally convinced Jones would win due to his ground game. Khabib also highlighted Cyril's weakness a year ago. The point I'm making is anyone with good ground game would do the same to Cyril. At this weight class, though, they mostly rely on striking, which is a bonus for someone like Jones, and due to this I think will dominate the HW division for as long as he wishes. Francis won't beat Jones unless he goes along with Cyril to train in Dagestan for two years after spending two years with Firas.

It seems like Coach Zahabi believes active heavyweights cannot be considered for GOAT or P4P as long as Jones is winning fights because Jones popped hot on his tests. Indeed Jones is the nemesis of the heavies. Do you disagree?

I remember when GSP was in his prime...GSP stood for Gotdamn Sleeping Pill 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 His fights were soooo Boring. It made people hate Grappling for a long time. Almost no passing, no submissions, weak Ground and Pound, basically Just laying in someone's guard for 5 rounds. Zzzzzzzzz That's why he could never be the GOAT for me.... Him being a good role model doesn't matter, Him having a long winning streak doesn't matter, Even him being drug free doesn't matter.... When it comes down to What Matters in Fight IQ and being entertaining at the same time...Jones Got it. Plus he is willing to defend His New belt.. Unlike Saint Pierre who basically vacated his MW belt as soon as he got it... That was so lame.
