Great Scott, I’d love to see the practice area, for putting and chipping. I struggle with e6 because I want to play into greens with little break to get a good idea how my chips are running.

IMO, the gameplay on GSPro is way better than e6. Love it so far and the courses available are awesome.

Great Video Scott, I still use Flightscope range all the time and go back to E6 every week, but I have had GSPRO for a year now and it's awesome, I haven't used it on the golf range, very good.

Yea I think I'll still practice with FS golf or Awesome golf, they have all the numbers. But the playing experience is amazing on GS Pro for sure.

Ya love it. Missing some features, like auto chip and a bunch of smaller ones. But game play is great, courses are solid and graphics are nice. Any shortcoming are more than made up for by its relatively low price.

Why would you want to auto chip?

I'm excited!! But at 10:43 you mentioned there wasn't Wi-Fi there, so does that mean you are using it off-line? If so, that would be great as I do not have internet in my simulator. I currently use E6 Connect in off-line mode on my iPad, so I hope GS Pro will work the same (besides it being on a PC with better graphics). Thanks for the video.

You need wifi to start the software so I connected to my phone wifi for that, or started it in the clubhouse and then walked it out to the range. Once the software is started you can switch to the Mevo wifi and it works.

Purchased GS Pro based on your review. Set up on my Windows 11 laptop similarly equipped to your review (Intel i5 processor). Connected to my MEVO+ and all went well until I hit my first shots on the range. It is not picking up my shots? I've done all the basic stuff (turning everything OFF, restarting, making sure no other software interfering, etc.). NOTHING? I've contacted both Flightscope & GS Pro without any resolution. Any suggestions?

Are you getting the red armed light on the Mevo+ when you are on the range? You've connected to the Mevo+ in the interface that is seperate from the GS Pro software?

Purchased last night and still in disbelief. Awesome stuff.

@@DUTNJAY The whole interface and everything. Completely different look. Which if you just got it you didn't see it before, but they basically took what everyone asked for and did it I feel like. Which makes them even more awesome IMO that they are willing to listen.

I don't understand what you are going to do with the wifi setup? Are you saying there's a way to both have the computer hooked up to wifi as well as the Mevo + at the same time? Also, is GS Pro mac compatible?

You'd have to check their website about Mac compatible but I don't believe so. I'm plugging in an extra wifi dongle into the USB port of the computer so I can have 2 wifi connections, one too the Mevo+ one to the internet.

I'd check their site as things are changing quickly with requirements.

What's with the frame rate drop when following the ball? Is that your pc struggling, or is it the software not optimized the best yet?

Scott is using a slower graphics card which is what is causing the choppiness. I have a GTX1650 which works much more smoothly on ‘very high’ quality. There’s an ‘ultra’ setting for even better quality but most say requires at least a 60 or 70 series graphics card.

What is the Offset function and how do you use it?

It is for people who don't hit with the ball directly in the center of their screen. You can offset the ball on the screen so your target line on the screen matches your actual target line. It's something you have to mess around with to match your setup

What courses are available on GSPro?

There are a bunch, and more and more are being added. If it's get to how it was with Jack Nicklaus Perfect Golf, it'll will end up being hundreds if not thousands

how would you compare the mevo plus to say flightscope x2?

Imagine buying a 2000+ launch monitor and thinking it takes 2 minutes to fine tune the setup to get what you want, and then thinking people will want to watch the trials to learn the setup for 30 minutes. Or people could just complain their launch monitor is incorrect to their distances.

I am looking at buying a new laptop and getting gspro. Up to now i have just been using ipad and e6. I am not much of a computer guy, what would you recommend for a graphics card? Also what ports do i need to make sure i have. I have a projector and like the idea of the second screen for all the pro package numbers.

@@brianseal6873 is look for at least a 1660 but if you can go higher the better. You also would most likely need two hdmi ports in it if you want to connect both a projector then another monitor. You would need 3 display screens.
