I was severely traumatized years ago as a teenage, got diagnosed with cptsd, spent my whole life fighting cptsd. Not until my wife recommended me to psilocybin mushrooms treatment. Psilocybin treatment saved my life honestly. 8 years totally clean. Never thought I would be saying this about mushrooms.

I was horrifically depressed since childhood. It was relentless. I assumed it would ultimately end me somehow. About twelve years ago I randomly accepted the offer from a friend of a few doses of mushrooms. I did them two consecutive nights alone. First night was pretty mild. The second night? Wow. I saw my depression from every angle, realized much. Next day: depression totally gone. Never came back, never coming back. It's like it's a forest far away I can remember, and could probably find again with enough effort, but it has zero impact on anything in my life or mind. They honestly saved my life and improved it immensely. I never did them again, either. I wish there was a good, organized way to administer them to people who would benefit from them.

Another piece of advice for you to chew on is to be your own Farmer's Market. Organized Farmer's Markets usually have a fee or a booth rental included into the process to pay for organizing and/or renting the space to have it. Invest in a trailer ($500) some lumber and minimal hardware ($500) and build your own stand that you can take anywhere any time. You can make it as simple or complex as you want, generators, l.e.d. lighting, automatic sprayers, etc. Your mushrooms, coupled with your friends' produce for variety will make you unstoppable. Get to know the owner of some high traffic, semi-affluent locations i.e. upscale fitness center parking lots, senior centers and the like and ask for permission/rent a spot.

James Haaksma, go for it dude. I just did it out of curiosity after success with tempeh making for my family consumption. Bought two pressure cookers from estatesale, 5 small plastic baskets from dollar store, clear trash bags big enough to hold that basket in a tent and use my old humidifier for fruiting. I bought oyster mushroom dowel spawn from eBay and stored them in the fridge until I was ready with the straw sterilization. The first basket I put on the kitchen counter aborted fruiting because of not enough fresh air and humidity. So I moved the rest into the spare bathroom and introduced small fan to get air circulation going. The first basket came back alive with vigor and I managed one pound of mushrooms from it. The second basket I got nearly three pounds. It’s a fun hobby but I don’t think you can safe any money on electricity or time. Oh, I got the straw bale from Walmart and also co2 monitor.

One question I have that I have yet to see anyone discuss in their videos is: HOW DO YOU DEAL WITH MOLD IN YOUR GROW ROOMS. Maintaining humidity in the 90% range in a small enclosed space inevitably leads to the growth of mold. I've started to experience this in my own grow room despite a ton of air flow and frequent air exchanges and have struggled to keep it clean and suppress mold growth. I've been wiping down surfaces with dilute bleach, but have been looking for other methods to intermittently purge the entire room (i.e., fumigation or use of ozone generator). I know that commercial scale growers often steam sterilize their grow rooms (not practical for me). What do you do to routinely clean, and periodically sterilize your grow room? Thanks in advance for this information... it will be very helpful for me (and may prove to be a useful video for others if you'd like to address this with a KZread video)!

You can make your grow room colder and use heat tape on your rack floors, you can insulate the outside of your tub walls to hold warmth, its best to have a dry cool sterile room that you then maintain a warm moist fruiting chamber in. Smooth hard surfaces that are easy to clean and sterilize are very important if your worried about contaminants.

I will be getting 3 spore blocks Monday..Turkey tail, Lions Mane and Pearl Oyster I plan to set up a 40 gallon aquarium to grow them in by the south wall of my kitchen floor. Can I grow all of them together in one aquarium? Or would 3 separate Rubbermaid tubs be better? How can I successfully grow them without all that equipment?

It's better to grow and fruit separately, otherwise you risk them fighting each other in a small space. For larger grow rooms, not aquariums, it doesnt seem to be an issue. Walmart sells rubbermaid totes for about 5 bucks a pop (there are usually two areas in Walmart that sell totes, with one area having more expensive totes than the other. Idk why this is, but all three of the walmarts near me do this)

Hey bro you probably have a timer to automate your pressure cookers. Every timer I keep buying kind of stops working after 20min with my aa electric sterilizer ....was there any specific timer you bought?

Go here now if you want to learn how to grow organic mushrooms cheaply: MushroomGrow.xyz I much appreciate the info, as I wish to be fully informed before I begin my new hobby. Unfortunately the music is much louder than the needed audible info. Thanks anyway bro-heem...
