I have a sweeper just like the one in the video. Can’t not find where to but parts. I need the frame and bagger for my 42 in. Thanks

I have found the manual for it. It is a tractor supply item. You can call them and they can put you in contact with a parts seller, maybe? But, due to age, it might be hard to get or find replacement parts. hugepdf.com/download/lw0103-42-revised-im-20130913-revised-diagram-of-height_pdf I'm sorry I could not find a parts supplier for it. But, it could be made for other companies under a different name too.

Easy enough to repair but I don't have any spare metal lying around to use for the replacement pin. Where do I buy one?

I got the steel rod from tractor supply or home depot.

I’m working on a blue hawk lawn sweeper that won’t turn. I took all the pieces apart and cleaned them w wire brush, pins don’t like that damaged. Is it possible the sweeper is so rusted the rod that the sweeper is attached to?

Yes, I've seen that and took everything apart, inspected, and cleaned it. It's amazing how a little rust can stop it from working.
