Just an FYI, to all those anxiety sufferers out there... This video is definitely my go to, when I'm on the verge of a panic attack. It honestly just slows everything down within me & allows the mental reprieve, so desperately needed, to be able to begin calming down & breathing, while blocking out all those swirling, obtrusive thoughts. Everything in your life will get figured out, I'm not saying it'll be easy, but we're only human & can only do so much & at one time. And yea, we make mistakes. Don't dwell on the past, just do the best you can, be the best version of yourself, but one day at a time. ❤✌🏻🕊

Oh God, this was a trip itself! First time listening to a shaman song last night and let me tell you that I felt every second of the video. It went from facing my darkness and it was very painful and scary, to seeing the light and believing my angels are there with me to protect me which gave me a feeling of happiness I have never felt before! I'm excited and scared at the same time to listen to it tonight, but I'm up to the journey of grounding myself. Thank you!

​@@x666x34b Admittedly, I have thought similar jokes were funny in the recent past, but lately the difficult times have many people and things appearing differently than what was or was thought, and may do things previously unimaginable. Please know that there is a huge amount of energy being put out there to help drive the universe to bring healthier solutions to the negativity that has tried to overwhelm the planet, and the support, love, light and compassion is not just strong, but sincere, in knowing we have the strength to keep trying to find ways to appreciate the moments of life we have, appreciating what we can learn from the moment or the small things you can for right now. We all have had tough moments and thoughts of quitting. But don't give up, practice finding anything to feel gratitude through your unique, one of a kind perspective, and know that the more you practice(and put that vibe in your environment and outward), the more opportunity to recognize the true amount of care and encouragement waiting to find the right place and time to be felt. Everyday I am shown more relief and comfort through all of the incredible energy from the expressed support of individuals, adding to a collective force that is spread through out areas and in such beautiful moments big and small, the I never had expected, and only continues to grow the positive vibration to balance and propel a higher quality state of life for all of us!!! Checked *that* box years ago.

I was scared there would be a loud ad to wake me up but there wasn't . I've listened to this for 3 nights in a row now. About to make it 4. Goodnight.

I heard these sounds at the beginning and they caused me anxiety, I remembered in a meditation. In which my body took the shape of various animals including a wolf🤗

I feel I'm at home with peace, open heart and deep routs to the center of earth. I feel whole with myself and with the universe. Sending huge loving hug to all of you 💜

Great grounding meditation therapy for me im listening to it every morning before i start my day so relaxing and energy clearing👍😀

I feel the vibration all over my body, pretty incredible, thank you

During meditation I imagined sprouting roots from my feet and mother nature meeting me half way. Shortly after I snoozed and sloped into realistic dream. My windows were open so the bird chirping outside my window helped to make it vivid experience. I was visited by many birds and a squirrel and some kind of small black and white squirrel like creatures. It was lovely. I was sure it was Gaia sending them to me. It took me a minute to realize I was dreaming.

love this more grounded music, and necessary, all levels of energy are important and it's easy to just focus on the higher ones, specialy in the spirituality comunity, lower chakras are equaly important and fundamental, thanks for doing this.

I live surrounded by woods and every now and then at 5 AM. I hear the drum sound and it goes on for 10 minutes or so the peace that I feel when I hear those drums I feel like my heart is beating at the same rhythm I-feel connected to all that is. It’s a beautiful feeling and blessed experienced ❤

Im 30 now but everyday of my waking life has been deeply affected by the Sun. To the point that my father is a stone mason and if the sun isnt out for long enough we dont eat as well. My nourishment in the most literal sense has been tied directly to the amount of Sun shining. When i was little i had nightmares in the dark, bc ppl creep from house to house and room to room at night. So i would stay up waiting for the Sun to rise and fall asleep at my window , when i knew ppl couldnt sneak in broad daylight. Im a Winter baby and suffer severe sadness and depression in the cold. I recently discovered Winter Solstice is the biggest Holiday of The Black Magic Calendar as the are celebrating THE DEATH OF THE SUN KING. All darkness is more powerful in the winter. The Sun is the symbol of Gods promise. Our living Divine Source shows up everyday without fail as promised . Take peace in knowing Love is present daily. And the dark merely represents possibilities. Like at night the shadows have infinite possibilities so fear of it creeps in, but when the light shows on it it materializes as a useful and wanted thing.

@@x666x34b If all you can do it spout sarcasm at anyone you think is nuts for feeling comforted by this music, then you need to ask yourself where all this bitterness is coming from. Your words are not helping anyone. They're your personal outlet from all the disappointment you've experienced in your life. And I understand it. It sucks because not everyone is kind to each other, and there are those who continue to hate others without logical reasoning. Lots of people these days think it's okay to step on another person's dreams and comfort in order to fulfill their own. It's not okay. By doing so, a person denies another's sentience. And even if he IS under psychiatric care, so what? Seeking guidance from a professional is nothing to be ashamed of. I myself have a psychiatrist who prescribes my anti-depressants and anxiety meds for which I am grateful because they have significantly altered those parts of my brain chemistry responsible for the reuptake of serotonin in my neural pathways. And I have a cognitive-behavioral therapist who's a very good listener and offers sound advice for coping mechanisms. These together have gotten me through some tough times that I don't think I could have handled on my own without the combination of meds and therapy. Though I've struggled a lot over the last 20 or so years from teen years to right now, I'm in a much better place in my mind than I was when I was at my lowest point, self-harming and wanting to die or wishing I was never born. I'm way more stable than I was even ten years ago. Things get better if you seek help from others you know you can trust. Seeking professional help is the sign of a warrior who fights to live, and to do good, to understand themselves first before they understand others. Now, I know you most likely didn't read all of that, but at least I know that I tried, and that other people will see my comment/reply and know where I stand at the very least.
