DMT and somatic-based techniques I use in this exercise:
- Moving your energy downwards: great for mental fog, and mental overactivity,
lowering your center of gravity: increase feelings of stability, safety, and direction
- Connecting with your feet and the ground: helps cultivate a sense of presence and helps you connect to your body
- Passive weight: helps you feel the support of the ground, helps in letting go, flowing
-Shaking: helps auto-regulate the nervous system, close cycles of stress, and release emotions

Thanks! I have started doing your videos after a counseling day to release energy from my clients
THANK YOU for this! I have ADHD, and have always felt I could benefit from incorporating healthy mind/body practices into my life, but have struggled to stick with things like yoga/meditation/exercise routines as they often felt too regimented, boring & impersonal. I recently discovered Qigong, which did feel closer to what I was looking for, but I still felt I needed something with more energy and playfulness. Your channel is the perfect balance of everything I've been wanting in a practice. I am a Music Therapist, and would love to one day collaborate with someone like you!

Vive en la costa de Oaxaca, Mexico en los inviernos antes la locura en 2020 I'm in southern Ontario (1 hour SW of Toronto in the "Greenbelt" so it's always a few degrees warmer than Toronto) & I awake grumpy with the cold grey skies 😣 For me, it's not warm til it's over 20°C & sunny 🌞 I'd LOVE a therapeutic dance session to get me outta the morning grumpies & groggies!!
