I use many things to improve my health, a meat based diet, natural sun exposure, outdoor exercise, and grounding. At 69 years young I have never felt better.
62 and never been better since grounding
I’ve been grounding at night for maybe 7 years. I believe it helps. I use the sheet connected to a wire I ran outside to a grounding rod.

You don't need sheets to get grounding, you just need to connect the grounding wire to your toe or your wrist and you get the same effect as the sheets
Wow, this video has inspired me to purchase your grounding cord (I'm electrosensitive) so I can start using the grounding sheet my daughter, registered nurse, got for me for free during the pandemic. I'd been putting off buying one because of the price, but realized I'm definitely worth it. And at 74, I can use all the help I can get. You are such an inspiration!! Thanks so much for these informative, science-based, discussions of grounding.
I got a copper sheet earlier this week that I hooked up to my grounding rod and have been sleeping on it nightly. I feel so much better!!!

That's great! Make sure there is a quick blow fuse or something protective in that grounding cord to protect you from shock in case of lightening strike! xoxo
Been grounding for 6 months or so, I get 1/3 the zits, significantly less pain and discomfort. Sometimes my hand feels that tingly asleep feeling when I am doing things and can't be grounded. I think it is because my body is used to offloading extra electricity from my hand so it sends it to my hand even when I'm not grounded. I sleep while holding a wire that goes into the ground....a cheap homemade method. Anyway, the tingling goes away shortly after grounding.
Very good!
Thank u Dr K I have been wanting to order products bc I have experienced the benefits of walking barefoot on our land bc of your presentations !!! Thank you for taking your precious time to reiterate these messages!!
Thank you very much for your continuously helping people ❤ I'm walking barefoot every day for a month why am I feeling pain in my legs 🤔
Im grounding 👣 and naked OFF GRID, 60 going on 20 😉💪🍁👣
Sleeping on grounded sheets will help with all of this you are speaking of ? 11:49
Greetings from Costa Rica, I'm 67, live fully within the jungle since 1990, mostly barefoot. Last week I did a lot of physical work, something to which I am accustomed, but did so for various reasons wearing rubber boots... not my barefoot norm. It was an exhausting week, which didn't really make sense, until seeing this video. I'll be doing some investigating... may pick up a thorn or two but it will be interesting. I love being barefoot in the jungle.

That sounds lovely!!! Another option is the put grounding shoe stickers onto shoes you love and already own --intuition-physician.myshopify.com/collections/grounding/products/grounding-shoe-strap-ground-your-favorite-shoes-imperceptibly that way your feet are protected from puncture wounds and cuts! xoxo, Laura
Dr. Koniver Thank you so much for your ongoing scientific data that supports a real benefit to us. A few weeks back I wired my old fashioned steel bed to a heavy wire and then to a grounding rod outside. I can honestly feel my CF getting better. Be well James

That is so interesting. Can you explain how the grounding occurs when you sleep on mattress?

That's awesome! Make sure you have added a quick blow fuse or resistor to the line so you do not risk any shock by nearby lightening strikes! xoxo
Girrrrl you look radiant! I’ll have whatever you’re having!

Someone figure out a way to clone Dr Koniver. We need more smart doctors like her. She has many laps left.
🤔 Weirdest thing I noticed while being grounded while sleeping 8hrs and during the day roughly 5-7 hrs either walking outside or at the desk grounded , I noticed my resting pulse went up not a huge amount but noticeably 5-10+ beats per minute "very jumpy" without settling. Beats would be 65 per minute went up to 75-80.

You are likely reacting that way because of grounding in an electrical field -- more info on that here intuition-physician.com/exactly-what-a-grounding-detox-actually-is-and-exactly-what-to-do-about-it/ but yes that can affect heart rate!!! xoxox

@@laurakonivermd 😲So using a grounding mat next to say a pc is it still beneficial? I'm most likely Alien, I'm ultra sensitive to bluetooth devices I haven't googled it but I just accept avoiding certain things. Also holy Moly Infrared from the old xbox kinect... 👽

@@SweepTheLeg2023 That's what the evidence suggests so far -- grounding studies with premature infants in the NICU in very strong electrical fields in their incubators still had a healing response -- but if you have negative symptoms from being electrosensitive I would probably skip it and just make a commitment to ground outside directly (although unfortunately there are EMF exposures there too but at least typically not strong electrical fields! ). xoxo

Have you come across any research that grounding can specifically help anorexia?

@@AwakeningWARRlOR And yet it can consume hours upon hours and when you already have a child with special needs, and you’re electrically sensitive, I think it’s ok to ask an expert to quickly point me to the right direction. I’m not being lazy.

Hi! Great question!!! There are no double blink placebo based studies on this yet but I can share my anecdotal experience with grounding and that is that it helps our metabolism, digestion, and (what might help with anorexia) can help with anxiety issues -- so I would not be surprised if it helps decrease compulsive urges and struggles around eating if anxiety and/or depression is involved -- so I think adding it to a healing plan is a fabulous idea BUT on top of getting in person support from a professional -- in my experience grounding alone can not resolve an eating disorder as there are so many layers to them. I hope that helps! xoxo

@@laurakonivermd Thanks so much. I was asking for my niece. My sister is definitely getting lots of professional help, but I suggested a grounding mat might help her too. She has trouble sleeping, having terrible nightmares! I think I’ll order a mat for her!
aren't we being grounded every day when we take a shower ?
@robertcrowe7036
3 күн бұрын
Nope! Continuous running water in the sink will ground you, but shower stream is not continuous. IF you clog your shower drain even a little bit, then now you are grounded as you are standing in a pool of water! You can ground washing dishes. Sinks run water in one gush whereas showers bunch of little streams of water. I have the grounding meter from her website and proved this true. I highly recommend getting. Takes the guesswork out.
