Superset with pull downs in the center station in the kneeling position. It’s mechanically in between lat pull-downs and pull-ups slightly biased towards pull ups. Also a good warm up for pull-up sets. Happy new year!!

Made me start lifting 5 months ago, made pretty damn good progress so far, 260 PR in squats, 180 for reps in bench press. I couldn't be more happier or confident with my body.

I love these videos. Chris' humility is super rare and super nice! If I can give one point of feedback: it'd be nice of the video had some stabilisation. It's quite shaky at many parts. Not sure if this is intended, but it's not always as comfortable to watch. I mean, Chris is really comfy and chilling here, so a more stabilised smooth, comfy recording (or post) would fit in well :)

Very good foods and great video I learned some good stuff. What I do is try and eat less apex predator fish (tuna, salmon) which contain more mercury, so a bit less salmon and more tinned sardines for example. Then also try also have beef liver sometime instead of so much steak. If you like liver of course!

I’ve never liked regular oranges, but I do love those mandarins.
