I'm sorry but this is mostly sugar/carbs and you will likely end up paying "the doctor" a lot in time and money at some point. This is the reason why the health of the country is so abysmal : (

Well, it is a fill in haul as I mentioned…we have chicken, ground beef, pork chops, ground pork, bacon, eggs, etc. for our main protein sources already in the fridge/freezer. We also have fruits and veggies on hand. This was a fill in of snacks, pantry items, drinks, etc.
