    Interesting stuff.... any advice for me, I want to form cutting blades to turn chess pieces.... what type and grade of grinding disks are you using, what steel, and what angle are you grinding at to achieve the basic edge profile...?? Any help on this appreciated.... thank you...

    I have similar intentions. Did you ever figure out a way to do this? It gets kind of tricky with some of the intricate detailing of small chess pieces. Still been on my mind though.
