EAZY CHRISTMAS GRINCH BLONDIES RECIPE

Set oven for 350 Degrees
INGREDIENTS (Yield 1 9X13 Pan of Blondies)
- 2 Sticks Melted Butter
- 2 Cups of Brown Sugar (light or dark)
- 2 tsp. of Vanilla
- 3 Eggs
- Green Food Dye
- 2 Cups Flour
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp of Baking powder
- 2 tsp of cornstarch
- 1 12oz bag of White Chocolate Chips
- 4 oz. of red melting Chocolate
- Green Sanding sugar
- Red Sanding Sugar
- Parchment Paper
STEPS
- Pour melted butter, vanilla, and brown sugar into a bowl. Mix until combined
- Next add your eggs and a large squirt of green food dye. ( More green food dye the better)
- Mix dye until combined and set bowl aside.
- Grab another bowl and add Flour, salt, Baking powder, and cornstarch. Mix.
- Pour Your flour Mixture into your wet mixture and stir until combined.
- Add your 12oz bag of White chocolate chips and mix.
- Pour batter into a greased 9x13 in tin and bake for 25-30 mins.
- Once Blondies are cooled off sprinkle some green sugar on top and get started on making the hearts.
DECORATIONS (Grinch Hearts)
- Melt 6oz of Red chocolate and dollop some red chocolate onto parchment paper.
- Grab a knife and shape dollop into a heart.
- Sprinkle Red sugar on top and wait for about 5 mins (or until heart is settled).
- Grab a spatula and scrape it off and place it on Blondie.
