I totally agree that you’ve found your calling with making these videos! You help so many people. Thank you! 56 years old and I don’t have ADHD. Staying on top of cleaning hasn’t really been a problem for me until a dgenerative back issue started about 10 years ago. The pain gets so bad that sometimes I have to go sit down after just working for five or 10 minutes. When I watch cleaning videos, it helps me to keep going. I thought it was just a distraction at first and then I read up on it and found out that it’s actually the endorphin release that decreases the pain and helps me to keep going! Pretty cool! Aside from that, I have five children, three grown and two teenagers still at home. Out of my five children, three have ADHD. I tried to understand my now 27 year old daughter, I knew her thinking was different, but I had no clue that she had ADHD. She has figured herself out over the years, and she does amazing! She has a 4 year old son and she’s such a good mama! I watch your videos so I can understand my daughters. My two girls left at home struggle with organization, and keeping their spaces tidy, although they really want it. I do believe that your videos have made me more compassionate to them. I don’t want to damage their self-esteem just because, keeping spaces tidy comes easier to me, so I watch your videos for insight and tips. So thank you, thank you for what you’re doing. You’re helping so many people! 💗

If you like understanding ADHD, autism, depression, etc and how they relate to cleaning may I recommend Midwest Magic Cleaning. Mack is very funny with childlike humor. But his gift is explaining the difficulties people have keeping things on track. His crazy comments holds your attention and when he explains things… you realize he is brilliant.

Such an interesting thing about the endorphins - Ill have to look that one up! Also, really live how you are able to look at your daughters being different from you and be curious and appreciative about them. That is beautiful 💖!

Remi has helped me understand that not everyone is organized, etc. And it’s really a struggle for some. My youngest has ADHD and I suspect middle does as well. She’s married and her husband and their two kids moved back home due to some issues. It drives me to distraction the mess, but I have just started putting things in a pile on the table for each person. They then return the stuff to their rooms. Once in their rooms I don’t care, that’s their space. It’s a lot better than yelling about the mess, lol.

It's such a relief isn't it? ADHD wasn't known when I was in school. I did alright in elementary school because we got 3 breaks per day. We could go outside, run around, play, and burn off that extra energy. However, when I started jr high (now called middle school), we weren't allowed outside at all! The only break we had was 30 minutes for lunch - but weren't even allowed outside then. It was pure misery for me. I missed a lot of school because I couldn't bear the confinement I knew something was different about me, but I had no idea what. I wasn't diagnosed with ADD until I was an adult. Just learning that I wasn't alone helped me so much! I also learned that most people with ADHD are very intelligent, which was also a huge relief, because I was always struggling with whether I was smart or dumb. 😊

It wasn't always like this but I got diagnosed with diabetes and fast forward to now, I've got severe neuropathy in my feet and legs and moderate in my arms and hands and carpal tunnel syndrome. I put all my energy into my job to keep a roof over our heads. I'm a single mom of 6. They're adults now but I still have my twins who are 18 and another son who's 20. I just wanted to thank u. Uve helped me not feel lazy. I'm in chronic pain and I do push myself to get things done. I tackled the kitchen yesterday and was up until 1:30am but wasn't done but went to bed anyway. I'm going to finish it now. Thank u for being with me while I do! Ur a blessing and don't ever forget that!

OMG Remi, I love you AND your videos! I am days away from turning 65 and I so wish I would have had the internet & your videos back when my 2 children were little! There were four of us living in 5 rooms and I could NOT keep on top of it, no matter how hard I tried and have since been teased by siblings that I have O.C.D. {which I think I do…} Once my children were in school I went to work cleaning houses for other people and I loved it. However, now I have Osteoarthritis and issues that prevents me from enjoying a cleaner home on a daily basis... SO, for anyone who criticizes you for your cleaning videos and accuses you of not having a life, brush them off. They don’t know ‘that they don’t know’… Not only is it healthier for their family to live in a clean environment, it is also important for the family to know that their Mother loved them enough to MAKE a home that was pleasant to be in and bring their friends to! 💕 from 🇨🇦

But it took me days to think about where to put them. When I eventually tried them on one window, I didn't have the right length of curtain rod for the second one. So it stopped again. Sometimes I lack of energy. But I love that you're honest and show that your house is a home you live in with your family and not a showcase like the commercials from the 1950s.😊

It's v natural for them to play in the room that you are in. Makes total sense! It can all be tided or returned to original spot when you get around to it. Their home is for being themselves. I have tried to do cleaning and picking up as I go, but it drives me mad. I do fast deep cleans like you do and have done all my adult life. I even did the same with my 2 story cubby house. It would get to a stage, and I'd empty everything outside, hose it out and put everything back in. I'm watching from Queensland Australia 🇦🇺 You've definitely found your calling. Tonight while I got my grandson to sleep, I watched 2 of your videos, then I did 2 hours of fast cleaning and decluttering, I rewarded myself with watching more of your videos 😊

Great video! I wish I would have had a scrubbing brush like that when I was raising kids! Wow! Anyway, I am 60 something and I've struggled throughout my life doing basic things as well. I've never been tested, but through you and other cleaners, I've learned more about why I am like that! Thank you for sharing your thoughts and experiences with us! ❤❤❤

I was watching your Videos in the past few days and love them obviously. You're giving a lot of comfort and I like, how you reflect on different topics (Like law of attraction) and that you show a very real version of living. Thank you for all of that! Also I was wondering, if you might consider (or do you already?) putting a amazon wishlist in your description for some things you might need? I am so sure there are a lot of lovely people in your community, who would love to thank you for your kindness by buying you some things off that list. (Maybe cleaning supplies, special pens for your children and so forth..) Lots of Love🤗

I loved your video...now if I could just get some of the energy required to clean a room from start to finish! LOL, I probably need to declutter more before that comes easily! Thanks again! Such a ray of humor and sunshine on our cloudy, snowy day her in northern Michigan, in the US.

Love your longer videos Remi and you are absolutely amazing❤. I want one of those window squeegee things too and a spin mop. Love your channel so much. I love rain, snow and darker days and we’ve had almost no snow for three years here in upstate New York and used to get so much. I love my gardens but needed a long winters rest before starting those again but it looks like Mother Nature has other ideas, Sunny, green grass and way too warm for February. Thanks for a great start to the day ❤
