I've lost many friends that way and from following her story for a while and the being familiar with the people around her that have passed I'm quite certain it's that. I just lost my best friend a month ago to drugs. And I've been avoiding this. But thank you for commenting and bringing my attention back to it. It's really so beautiful.

Love or hate her, you can't deny she has a very unique take on music, art, etc. She is a true original in my opinion

I'm an artist who went to college because at the time colleges had access to materials and techniques not easily accessible. Thinking you're an artist and transforming creative thoughts into physical form are not the same. Performing arts and literature are just as tangible as ink and paint. Good art is subjective but being an artist is factual.

This song really hit me. My mom passed this last year, and she used to always say, "I'm a horrible mother so you won't miss me when I'm dead." But the last 4 years or so she really turned herself around. Actually apologized for what she'd done, tried to be a good Grandma with babysitting and playing. And to watch a pregnant Claire release "You'll miss me when I'm gone." It's. Just a lot. Because I miss my mom. And I feel cheated because we were both too young for her to leave.

Erin do you not see what a good person your mother raised just by that comment you put? Some mothers will never apoligise or change their behaviour. It sounds like your mother always had a big loving heart sometimes life makes us become people we dont want to be, your mother acknowledged that and turned it around. God bless you Erin, we dont know why these painful things happen and although you feel cheated now I promise you and put my life on it you wont always feel cheated. As you get older you will feel differently about it. Now your mother is not here, remember everything good from her that she has put in you if you have some best friends look after them like they will look after you. Even just that one friend they really are precious. Dont ever doubt yourself ok you are a good person

Some of the songs are okay just like her other albums

I don't claim to get anybody's symbolism anymore, but nothing left but the green screen and the electric fans--THAT spoke to me.

Such a genius artist. I am so glad I live in the Grimes era.

I just found her today and I’m already so motivated. Everyday I look at people and see how they look and how I don’t look that way or they have this and I dont. Whatever. I never comment on any videos ever. but i feel so compelled to say that ever since she got pregnant, her voice has a distinct change thats so ethereal. and her baby bump is so cute i melted when she had her hand on her stomach

Me, an intellectual listening to the raw audio files *Jaw hitting the floor* I didn't know half the lyrics were in the background until I listened to like, 2 different versions of her vocals in this song. Grimes editing is out of this world and like, I wanna try to do a cover, but my goodness, the intimidation! I really like the cute little "Hey!" and "What's up!" during the second verse I literally didn't know existed until today, May 06, 2021.
