I think it would be beneficial if you had to cook a lot of chicken. If you couldn’t afford to have an offset indirect grill because you needed to use the whole grate for all of the food.

That is a really piece for the weber kettle. I have something similar in my drum smoker . Those wings looked delicious and I completely understand about those flair ups when cooking burgers on the weber kettle

Yes, a little flam kiss is good, but it can get out of hand. Lol. Thank, John!

I would use that for my brisket but I use my Vortex for wings and burgers.

Ken, those wings look amazing. I prefer my wings whole like that. I like that fire dial, if I had a Webber Kettle I think I'd use it a lot.

Both work well and it takes about the same amount of time. I however get more smoke when using the FireDial. Thanks!

Hey, Ken! I love Big Lew's channel! This FireDial looks like a great! I haven't pulled the trigger for one yet, but it is tempting. This attachment did a great job, and those wings look delicious!😋👍

Wow when you said a little oil that was a little oil. Now I’m thinking I use too much oil on my wings. The baffles price is very reasonable compared to what I was expecting.

The price was what made me jump so quick. Lol. It’s like every thing else it has it’s place. I will be experimenting on it for sure. Thanks, TC!

Hi Ken. Grate video (see what I did there? lol). What kind of charcoal is that. It has a hole through the center. I've never seen that before. Any advantage to using this instead of regular briquets or lump charcoal? Thanks.

Lol… I get it… Grate! Lol That is Prime 6 Charcoal. It is a high end, very dense premium charcoal that you will find the restaurant industry. It is harder to light than regular charcoal, but it burns hotter and last longer than any charcoal I’ve ever used. I used to be affiliated with them and still have some left.
