Funny how I have never liked turkey, with one exception.The two big holiday's. And never ever heard anyone say. Hey it's summer time. Time to get a turkey. Dude, you been out in the sun too long. LMAO. Chicken, Beef, Pork, Fish, is the order in my brain. lol Darn that's so much work, I do not like to be in the house in my kitchen in the summer. But you tossed me in the fire on this video. Never thought of tossing prepared turkey peaces on the grill. I wonder how that brine would work on the turkey if we used pineapple. Fresh cut up and crunched. Looks like this coming weekend I am going to have to try cooking on the grill a turkey, using your method and ideas. Man that looks as if it's going to taste great, lol watch I will not be able to find a turkey. wow. 👍✌

That Turkey looks outstanding and I'm sure it tasted wonderful! The best two turkeys I ever made (for Thanksgiving) were smoked and rotisserie. The rotisserie was a pain because balance was so important. I had to encase it in chicken wire lol. So worth it though! Do you rotisserie?
