Young man, you are absolutely FABULOUS!! I love your videos and your style of explaining what your doing. Everything you cook is AMAZING!! God love ya, I know how much work goes into ALL YOUR DOING. I want to come to your house and eat!! Did you go to Culinary School?, or are you self taught? I’m self taught and owned a few restaurants but I’m 68 years old now and no one to cook for anymore 😢. Unless it’s a holiday, then I “BRING” a dish to whichever of my children is having a dinner. I just love watching ALL the different cooking shows to see who is cooking what. Just bought some short ribs this afternoon, really, so here we go. I do like your prep, the overnight longing into the meat,, great. Any cooker is fine as long you know the path, a beautiful comboination and bien presente.

Your cooking style continues to be so unique and I love it. I find beef ribs way easier to cook than brisket and maybe I like them better. Your thoughts on short ribs vs brisket?

I appreciate that thank you, change/unique is always a game changer in my book. Nothing gets more tiring then the same old same old. I love to change it up from time to time and as far as ribs over brisket, just comes down to time money and the cooker. You need space and time to cook a brisket to come out on point. Ribs are more money but less time and headache. At the end of the day I'm a rib lover anything bone in is first choice for me lol, thank you for watching my friend grill on.
