Hey Maangchi! Do you prepare all these delicious Korean side dishes for every meal or do you keep them in the fridge? Maybe you could do a video on how (containers, fridge, freezer) and for how long you store them? I would be really interested in that :)

stellamonde from what I know is most korean families make the vegetable side dishes and store them in the fridge in a container for maybe a week max, and things like the anchovies, dried squid, or samjang sauce can be stored for quite some time in the fridge

HELLO! Love your show as always! You are SO cute, and make cooking and eating FUN like it should be! I eat many times alone, because I am only one and older..yet when I do have guests it make the experience so much more fun! You make me laugh and hope to meet you someday!

I ate this meal in Korea a million times, like four times a week. Theres a Korean BBQ place on every corner in Korea and it's SOOOOOOOOOOO good!. Also they used coals for cooking and had several additional leaves and sauces for dipping but this recipe looks amazing and damn near perfectly authentic.

Hi Maangchi! I wanted to tell you that I used your recipes for Samgyupsal Gui, Bulgogi, and Kimchi for my wedding! Your recipes were a HUGE hit and really made our day special. We had a grill set up on each table, which we gave away to anyone who wanted one after the meal, and we did all of that for far less than catering would have cost! Thank you so much for your videos. I've learned so much from you!

Many did! They were asking what that red spicy salad was and had no idea.

I just made this with my boyfriend. It was fun to cook and eat together! Now I am thinking of making for my parents and brother when they visit soon. Thank you Maangchi!

We had this almost daily when I was in Korea. I think my favorite part was that everywhere you went they had new different sides and sauces. My favorite combo was lettuce, meat, kimchi, garlic, and ssangnam. Oh man grilled kimchi....AMAZING.

I have tried this and my Mom loved it. Every weekend is samgeopsal day!

My cousin made this for my birthday we had so much fun we even bought the same grilling bbq plates it really took out the oil and help the pork belly nice and crispy!! The sesame leaves were amazing!!
