I've still never had that meat before or cheese. PAPA and Madi love trying cheeses. Madi is switching from band to culinary next year in school. That grilled Italian looks awesome, PAPA would eat that up! Can you spell that cheese name for me. Good job John!

Thanks PAPA, you and Madi will love these two ingredients. Please let her know I'm happy to know she is switching to Culinary and follow in PAPA's footsteps cooking great food! The cheese is FONTINA. It's all cow's milk and made in Northern Italy near the Alps.

Good grief Rivet this is one of the cheesiest meatiest delightful looking grilled sangas I've ever seen in my life Fontina Cheese, never had it,I'm sure it is delightful and Moosehead, had it and loved it YUMMO😋!!!!!

Yes Rivet, Mrs Rivet is right. But the Fontina and Prosciutto takes it to the next level. Today I bought a Kmart 'mini jaffle maker' and this sandwich will be it's first time break in usage. Thanks for the wonderful recipe. Cheers John 👍🤤😀

Tocayo! I saw the title of your video pop up and I had to see it right away. I grew up eating prosciutto sandwiches. (Every time my mom made one for me she'd complain about the cost of prosciutto.) I've always loved Fontina cheese too, but I never thought of combining the two into a grilled sandwich. I've gotta try this! No low-carb bread for me this time, I'll go with your sourdough.
