Very healthy recipe! I make this too but your marinade looks more tempting to me . I sometimes flatten the chicken pieces with a meat mallet to hasten up the cooking process. Thanks for sharing this recipe.

Amazing ma shaa Allah. I added some tandoori masala too. It was delicious 👌 I don't have a grilling pan. A normal frying pan works fine. I made some cuts in the chicken whilst grilling it to make sure it cooks well and it was very soft and succulent 😋
