Let's have a SARAPlicious Grilled Chicken ala Mang Inasal.
This is easy to prepare and very delicious. The chicken leg quarters were marinated overnight for best results but four hours will do. I like the chicken/annatto oil poured over the rice with the dipping sauce when eating it.

*Procedure:
1. Prepare the marinade.
2. Pour over the chicken leg quarters. Marinate overnight or at least four hours.
3. Cook the annatto oil.
4. Make the dipping sauce.
5. Grill the chicken - brush with annatto oil and turn over occasionally until cooked well.
6. When it's done, turn off the heat.
7. Serve with steamed rice and the dipping sauce. Pour chicken annatto oil over the rice and chicken. Enjoy!
