Oh god, you're in for a wild ride. Look up Monster Factory, if you havent discovered that yet. It's literally my favorite thing in the whole world. The Fall Out series they did is absolutely EPIC! Then the Boy Mayor of Second Life, followed by the Spore series. Those 3 little mini series they did. Ugh. And Truck Shepard. How could I forget. If you get really into those, you may also enjoy Car Boys with Griffin & Nick (who is not a brother, but still one of the best boys) now go binge all of it! 😂

"Squee" with the tiny face immediately followed by "CRUM" with the shading did it for me. Then theres the baby-face "gUmPyY" which slew me once again

I have no idea if your designs had any meaning beyond how they looked cute but allow me to hyper analyze for a moment; Justin: Clint's first model, the smallest and most simply built, almost more like a toy than a robot Travis: Clint's second model, the largest, bulkiest, probably to hold the heavy machinery used to process more complex systems Griffin: Clint's third model, more streamlined, displays in depth understanding of hypotheticals and has probably achieved person hood

thanks, glad you enjoyed it! I wanted to make an animatic of this scene with a twist, and decided to make the brothers into "comedy-bots" just to play around with the designs/traits people usually associate with the brothers (save for justin, his design was based more on the bit)

These designs are honestly perfect, I am obsessed with Tiny Robot Justin and his massive hidden arsenal, I need the bros to officially adopt these personas now, thank you very much.

I forgot what even upset Griffin halfway through his rant.

I love this robot decision not only for the fact that it’s brilliant, but because of the idea that robot Travis makes his dnd character a human man who really enjoys ripping off the arms of robots.

The deep inhale before Griffin whistles “J” gets me every time

Tiny robot Justin collapsing and looking like he needs to be wound up again is the best image! Really wonderful animatic with a ton of personality. All the animatics for them are great, and the fact that this also stands out despite the "competition" speaks to your talent and skill!

I loved how the bits the boys were saying were expressed perfectly by the robots and their malfunctions, etc.

God I wish I could erase my memory of this bit and listen to it again with fresh ears

Griffin's personality and material works really good when he's depicted as a robot with a few screws loose and a few short circuited whires and as a result has a defective logic center and AI personality in its CPU (thats what these metallic automatonses brains is). Think the wacky robot from Disney's ridiculously criminally underrated gem _Treasure Planet_ or Robin Williams' character from the flawed classic that doesnt deserve to be as forgotten as it is _Robots._
